I was able to find a special Light bulb other Store didn't had them in stock

I like the Ellenwood Store and the staff. They are professional and knowledgeable of the products there.

I came to this store to purchase 2 bales of pine straw. The cashiers were helpful and their service was the only good of this trip. I had to wait upwards of 30+ mins to have an associate come and assist. There was not a lot of people in the store to warrant a slow associate response time. I was very disappointed this trip because I choose to shop at this location simply because of the service.

We bought a washer/dryer set and Krista was so helpful and friendly. She made this experience so much better for us. She explained the features very well and gave us several useful tips!!!

Great experience! The store was clean. The employees were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. One employee even pushed his lunchtime back to help me!

I have shopped at this location for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience.

Trinity (Specialty Asst. Store Mgr.) and Helen (Specialty Dept. Head) were great models for how to service customers. Their courteousness and professionalism is commendable and exemplary from beginning to end! Kudos to the Ellenwood store for hiring great employees!

If you visit this store. Make sure you know exactly what you are looking. All functions etc because the help there is limited to none.

Bad customer service

Trinity and Jose were very helpful. The customer service on this trip was awesome. I wish every experience was this perfect

It's a smaller store but sometimes smaller is better. Returns are always easy. The app is almost always correct with locations of what I am looking for. A combination of self check out and cashiers makes checking out easy. Always somebody there with a smile to say thanks for shopping there whether doing self checkout or with a cashier.

Perfect store for home use and repairs.

The impression I received from this visit is, This is no longer The Home Depot Store. This is the Sheleka Sapp Depot store. Never have I been treated so badly by a MANAGER. I was following directions from my earlier visit. I was made to feel I was a liar. I told the manager what I was told earlier about coming back into the store for a refund for these items. I told her a Spanish lady told me to come back, she asked, what's her name. I don't know no Spanish lady. Why would she tell you to come back in two days that don't make sense. She went on to say the Store Manager will be in on Saturday you can come back then. I said this will be a third trip, she replied I don't know what else to tell you, except we don't give refunds without a receipt. Before leaving I decided to try for a refund I gave the young lady my drivers license and asked if she could at least try for me because of what I was told two days ago. I told her if it does not get approved no problem. She entered the information and the transaction was approved. She stated I can only give you a store credit. I said no problem. I also what is that manager's name. The manager said no problem I will give him my card, in a sarcastic manner. What professionalism, what caring, what customer support. This explains a lot to me. I see why the sales associates act the way they do. Look at the leadership they have to follow.

There are lots of associates at this store,but little help.They are walking around talking more to each other than with customers.

Fine store great staff if your close enough to use this location there is no place better. If they are under staffed you won't be able to tell thats why I want to work with them. Great store

This statement goes out to Marquel that works in the garden department. And outstanding young man that does not run from work but runs to it. Several occasions I have shopped in your store garden department. Several occasions he was there always service with a smile always willing to assist. Never have I met a person like him. I told him to be careful he could give home depot a bad name, by always being there to assist the customers. A customer could get accustomed to that, and that's bad since he is only one in a very few that does this type of work. And I do mean a very few. I salute this young man. An outstanding job.

I shopped at this store on Wednesday 21 April 2021. I entered the store at approximately 4:00pm. I noticed there wasn't any wipes present to wipe down the shopping cart. I went to the service desk and asked for something to wipe the cart down due to the Covid 19 virus. The male personnel I asked looked around the area, asked one of the young ladies there for wipes, she replied we don't have any. At the time of this incident there were 7 people located in this area. I asked the young lady if she would call the store manager for me, she said ok. The manager finally arrived 20 minutes later to assist me. I told him of my dilemma, no wipes to wiped down the cart. He reached down under the counter and got some spray disinfectant and went to the other counter and got some paper towels and wiped down the handle of the cart. His name was Jose. I thanked him. What a shame 7 people in one small area no one cared enough to locate the items he found laying around. You be the judge. To me it's an example of employees getting paid for doing absolutely nothing. It took the manager and 20 minutes later for me to get some service to shop in your store. Situation #2 On the same day I went to the lumber department, I was trying to find the price of some lumber. I saw one of the store personnel walking around, I asked him if he could tell me the price of this lumber, He told me he would be right back. 30 minutes later no service. I took the lumber to the check out just to find out the price. It dawned on me the customer associates on this day were here to get paid only. No work intended.

The Ellenwood Home Depot store is very good store the personnel are very friendly and very courteous the shells always start with what I need if I can’t find it then one of the associates will help me

Online ordering is really hit or miss. I get the product in a timely manner maybe half the time. The employees tend to make excuses rather than owning the problem. Not a well managed store in my opinion.

I rate this store two stars due to lack of customer service and management training. I was told that there was no one available to assist me with blinds and the manager told me she did not know when someone would be available and mentioned that I could purchase them from another store the "competitor". This is not my first bad experience in this store that's why I decided to rate the store. The store had my product, I could not get assistance with making the purchase. I did purchase other items and the associate at self checkout was not helpful with verifying a price. I had to go and take a picture of the item with the correct price to show her in order to the the price adjusted.

HD Ellenwood Tool Rental section has SAFETY ISSUES with asking customers to get equipment they wish to rent from the shelves or floor and move other equipment out of the way in the path to the counter and bring the equipment to the counter to rent and pay for it. This is unacceptable to me and a Safety to a customer who does not work for Home Depot. This happened to me on 03/29/2010 in Ellenwood. I am a frequent customer to home depot tool rental.

Stocked, staffed and friendly!

The location is very convenient, the associates on onsite take a personal interest in your projects. I recently purchased a garage door and the associate (John Parrish) was very patient, thorough and knowledgeable.

Cashier was great and help me get out the store in a timely manner

Two employees stood out during my visit to this store. Ms Kimberly, This young lady is never to busy to assist you. As a matter of fact she would stop what she is doing to assist. Always and I do mean always service with a smile, never a bad day, a great asset. She is a shinning star in this store. The second employee Ms. Dianne. She is mostly the last person you will see before leaving this store, and she makes it her business to insure you found everything you were looking for, and that you had a great shopping experience. It's not often, you would leave this store upset after conversing with her. Another shining star. These two employees are a great asset to this store. You need more of them.
