My wife and I had been looking for a bulb for a week now that would help me work so much more easily being able to see, employee John S. went out of his way to find it even though it was not necessarily in the correct place. Inventory showed 8 and there was none on the shelf. Love this location, they are always happy to help

Alex in hardware was very helpful and knowledgeable. Offered and quickly Re-keyed door locks for me and refused my offer of a gratuity for his excellent customer service

I come here often most times to just window shop as we use to call it and it never fails for me to get out without purchasing something.

I visited this location 3 weeks ago, after being dismissed by 2 other associates, Phillip assisted me with my project from beginning to end with product knowledge, product location, and a smile. Now that's Customer Service.

Stop bombarding people and making them take a survey for service they didn’t receive

I bought four Glacier Bay toilets and a great price and received a credit for quantity purchase. The customer service was excellent thorough out the store.

Bought this beautiful grey flooring. Bailey Grey wood floor tile. It is beautiful, very easy to clean. Gives your bathroom a certain look and it stands out.

The current team of associates at the Ellenwood store is on point. The level of customer service my daughter and I received during our recent visit was STELLAR From the assistant store manager, to the associates in lumber, to the front of store employees and cashier - ALL on point. We then went to gardening and received MORE great customer service.

Great store some really good employees but the decision to keep the main door closed is ridiculous and dumb And definitely unsafe got this big O long boards people running into each others trying to twist and turn to get out there because they don’t open the big door because somebody stole something that’s ridiculous

For the most part this Home depot is well stocked. Employees are vey friendly and helpful.

The Ellenwood Home Depot is full of happy helpful employees. I can always get help and information to solve my home questions or finish a project.

It is always a lot of trash on the grounds in the parking lot. I live and shop at this store and it would nice if Management paid more attention to this area.

I have never been convinced in my life to buy not one but two appliances on the same day. Both pieces where good buys, even in todays tough market. I will definitely go back to see Trinity Gamez if I need something from the home depot.

I’ve shopped several HD locations and this location (Ellenwood, GA) has the best customer service. All of the representatives I encountered were friendly, smiled and willing to help.

I only go to this store when I know what I'm looking for because the employees on the floor are more absorbed with each other than the customers. If you need help you have to chase it down.

In checking out at Home Depot, I had the most awesome experience. The person that checked me out was Jackie! she was very pleasant and had excellent customer service. This is so important and I must add that SHE NAIL IT!

The lumber department was busy so Luz Estrada went out of her way to get someone from another department to load wood that was too heavy for me. I always get great service at the Ellenwood Home Depot.

I am a firm believer, as a customer, if you are thoughtful, kind, and courteous, the store associate will act accordingly. That approach has worked well for me at this store. As my efforts were reciprocated in kind.

People have to communicate and destroy the policy customer is always right. "Communication is key and I make sure things are good with you as long work with me"
