Everyone was wonderful

Donnavin was extremely kind professional and helpful. He helped us with our purchase of 2 five gallons of Bher water proofing stain and & sealer. Although he was extremely busy as there were several customers, he was professional to each, and everyone of them. We appreciated his professional service. He was very kind a true gentleman. He knew what he was doing and did and exceptional job. Great customer service. He deserves recognition. Toni, the cashier was also very knowledgeable and awesome!

The staff at this store is always helpful and very approachable. If I can not find what I need someone is near and willing to help.

I bought these blinds about 2 months ago, but I didn’t bother to try to put them up until Thanksgiving. Upon placing one of the panels on a door, I found I hadn’t measured correctly, and it was too short. Home Depot instantly refunded my purchase and looked up my receipt information. I was so thankful. They didn’t give me any grief or hassle

Great opportunities to buy a plethora of home items especially at military discount located in a convenient location for locals.

We went to another Home Depot and was totally convince that we needed to shop at another home improvement store; however, after giving the Ellenwood, GA Home Deport a chance and having Victor as the person who helped us, we will shop now only at the Ellenwood store.

This week I had the pleasure of being assisted by Aamir at the Ellenwood Home Depot in the Home and Garden Department. I had to make not one but two trips which required having my items loaded on my truck. On both visits I found Aamir to be very friendly, efficient and more than happy to assist. He made sure everything was loaded properly and securely. Great customer service! Thank You Aamir.

I had 3 things to purchase. I tend to delay going to Home Depot because I thought it’s really not set up for everyday people. I tend to wander around trying to find things. This particular visit Allison (the wandering) cashier saw me and helped me find all 3 items quickly and took me to each item herself and didn’t just give me an isle number. Thank you Allison! You are doing a great job! You went above and beyond!

This store is always on point. It's always neat, clean and organized. The staff is very helpful especially when you are an amateur (like me)and you have no idea what you are looking for.

Although there is a Home Fepot closer to my home, I tend to shop at this location due to the availability of product, and the helpfulness of employees.

I've been shopping here for years, and notice that customer service has fallen off tremendously. I seem to get some one will be right with you when help is needed, not how can I help you. This location has caused a lot of time and frustration because of associate unwilling to see the customer desire all the way through.

Sandra provided the best customer service we have experienced in a long time! We were so thankful, we will definitely return to this location!

Good store to visit for merchandise

Nobody was friendly or helpful. We had boards cut in half and they were cut wrong

I frequently visit this location and the customer service has greatly improved over the last year or so, I really like shopping I my own neighborhood.

The customer service cashiers can be a little more friendlier. I mean you just never know who you encounter. I'm a Home Depot credit card holder, and I hate having this experience. It makes me not want to use my credit card or go to this location again. They definitely need to bring back customer service classes.

I went two separate days but I would like to say these 3 employees are amazing and they went above and beyond just to help me. I would like to recognize Maria in flooring, Andra, and Jamilah. Just the concern with helping making sure you have everything and if you can’t find it looking for it makes the experience that much better.

Shopping at this store is always a great experience. Each employee goes out of their way to help in any way they can. Steven was a great help as we ordered cabinets for our church fellowship hall!

I have received excellent customer service, product information and direct assistance from Dorrell, Johnny and Shirley ar this location. I don't want to go to another location. There's no need!!

Everyone at this store have great customer service and friendly service. They truly make me feel welcome.

Politeness and being helpful goes a long way. Every employee spoke and asked if I needed assistance. We all know what it’s like to be working and have a long laundry list of things to do, or just plain don’t want to be bothered. I didn’t feel resistant to assist from any of the employees and tha was great to experience.

This is sorriest excuse for a home depot there has ever been. I overall prefer home depots generally, but this is the worst of their stores I've ever been in. The staff are lazy and unhelpful. Shop Home Depot, but do it somewhere else
