Generally helpful. My only consistent problem has been the purchase of specialty lamps. You never seem to carry replacement bulbs for the fixtures that you sell. I wish you would mark down house plants rather than letting them become pretty much dead and throwing them away. I personally enjoy purchasing sick plants and bringing them back to life. This is one of many retirement enjoyments.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There is always plenty of items on the walls to choose from.

Store is always clean and properly organized. Plus, proper sections are labeled correctly that customer can find the item that they need easily. Employees help whenever needed.

I would recommend this store. There employees are knowledgable and quick which I liked. I had an experience with an employee Anthony helped me in multiple departments, paint and plumbing. I was able to get what I needed quickly and correctly saving me time and money.

Since this store opened we have gone there even when we are somewhere else we sill go to that store.

The employees at this store are extremely helpful and give you that feeling of a home town store.

All sales persons were extremely helpful - not pushy - just helpful. We shopped for several items and were directed to the proper locations with no problems.

Standard smaller Home Depot store, some limits on selection compared to the large stores.

Everytime I go to this store, the associates are helpful, polite, and they have the items that I am looking for in stock!

Often times it's hard to find an associate to help. Many of the staff are not efficient or experienced in their departments. Most of the large purchases I've made at this store required an associates assistance. Most of the time it's a slow and frustrating experience. I'm starting to consider using the competition if things don't improve.

Courteous and helpful staff, almost always answered questions I had and at times walking me straight to the product I was looking for; though at times I had to search around a bit for a staff member. I went in store to order blinds and the department associate was very helpful. My only complaint is that Home Depot needs to improve their over the phone customer service. Many calls I have made for questions, just to be put on endless holds and quite a few disconnections, just to still not get my questions answered, ( I should not have to drop what I'm doing to run up there to get an answer. Overall though, very satisfied with the store.

I was very happy with the help I received at the Flooring/window treatment desk. I was blown away when they decided to shop the store with me and load everything I was buying on a flatbed. They did all the work! Store manager and assistant manager also very nice.

The plumbing department is the greatest. Products were readily available and the associate was more than willing to help and very knowledgeable.

Poor service in-store. I know the term "hardware store" is dated but at least have some hardware to work with. Sometimes people need to scratch build when off-the-shelf items do not exist so associates should be able to listen and try to help.

Been shopping there since opening day... many years ago! I have never had a bad experience with this store. I have been at other Home Depot stores but this one is definitely my favorite!

Anthony at the paint desk was so helpful and polite that my husband and I will now only go to this store. I would highly recommend making the extra trip to the store in Elgin where Anthony and these great associates work. There polite, none rushed and have this feel of warmth when you walk into there store. Wish more stores where that friendly.

Deb was fantastic I was looking for stain for my new doors to match the trim already there. Deb was able to recommend the absolute perfect match based on when my house was built and the stains they used at that time. Awesome this was my best experience at Home Depot EVER. Deb when Im ready for a kitchen Ill be going to you!!!

The staff here are all very friendly. The staff always ask if they can help but they aren't pushy, just letting us know they are there if we need help.
