I Love this store , the managers and the employes. THis is my main store and the rock.

We live 30 minutes from the Elgin store and do not mind the drive to shop there. The employees are helpful and the shelves are always stocked.

I like going to my neighborhood Home Depot because they are awesome employees they always ask you if you need help they're always there for you and they are all very knowledgeable

I love shopping at Home Depot. It's clean, not cluttered. Overall, associates are very knowledgeable and take their time to help & answer questions. Home Depot prices are comparable if not cheaper than local competitors.

The store is a little on the smaller size which at times makes me drive further away to another Home Depot Store.

This store is very convenient but because of its small size at times I have to go to another Home Depot further away.

We just bought a house and Home Depot is our go to store. This was my first time at this location, employees were engaged and willing to help.

All employees we encountered were so nice -always greeting with a "hello" and "Is there something I can help you with.". We especially loved the energy of a young man called Alex!

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a set of blinds to replace a hard to fit window. Even though my previous purchase was for the wrong blind, I was advised that I can still return my mistake. The employee was very helpful in making my choice with no pressure and in terms I could understand without being very handy.

Of the dozen Home Depot stores I frequent, This store has the most helpful staff.

Bob in plumbing was extremely helpful in helping me with my installation project.

I like this store. have only had one issue when I bought a Samsung fridge. did research on fridges before I bought it and was extremely glad I got a 5 year warranty because I have had it 2 years and had ice maker repaired 6 times. home depots warrantee has been excellent on fixing it. never had an issue with home depot. I have had a nice front door installed and they did an excellent job with that also. thanks

It is easy to find assistance when needed. You're even greeted at the door most of time and asked if you need assistance to find anything or have any questions. It's a great store!

The Pro desk was the place to go for solid building expertise. The crew was very helpful, particularly Kevin, who made the order and delivery process painless. The Store was clean, and well stocked, and as I said, the Pro desk was awesome.

Kevin was very helpful in finding the right type and size of board, plus fasteners (screws) to repair my home privacy fence. All the employees were very courteous and helpful.

The Home Depot Customer Service employee was not friendly.
