bought some lamps and other stuff for my house everything is still good

I have been buying roofing materials for roofing my house, and I am very happy with the store, the friendly atmosphere and the cleanliness of the store.

PROPANE KIOSK DOESNT WORK AS ADVERTISED OUTSIDE

I have purchases many large and small items. A door, which they expertly installed. A lawn mower. A snow blower. A dishwasher, also expertly installed. Bird seed. Plants. A great store with great, helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Emily in appliances is literally the best! She helped me find the perfect washing machine and dryer over the phone. She was so very helpful. Highly recommend!

If you ever looking for washer machines or fridges or anything else need for your home you have to stop by and Talk to Thomas Norden. He is the best!!! He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Thomas Norden is patient and finds the answers to your questions to find the appliance you want for you home or building. I recommend shopping at this Homedepot location

great customer service for washer and dryers

A guest not wearing a mask, 2 store employees' masks not covering noses, and self-serve are not wiped down.

The salesman asked us if he could help. We didn't have to go looking for someone.

Used curbside pick up today and was thrilled with the process. Ordered online easily from home yesterday evening, was contacted when order was ready and able to smoothly pick up today with little contact. Phone staff and curbside delivery staff were pleasant and accommodating. Try it out, saves delivery fees and reduces exposure. Online experience gives immediate feedback of what is in stock.

Awesome home store to shop.

Store is very clean and the stock is abundant, its nice to see a HD store with adequate qty of employees again on the floor.

Whenever I have visited this store the employees are always willing to give you help. I have never had to search for someone for help, they are just there when you need them.

If you have any design, window treatment or carpeting needs see Maggie Tracy as she is wonderful and very detail oriented! I have worked with Maggie on 2 separate occasions and she has done an excellent job!

Good selection of products but need more staff to sell those products.

This store is great to shop at with their big aisle signs & a lot of employee's actually on the sales floor to help you find products & all cashier's are very friendly & helpful. This store is very clean & all aisles are neat & straightened up.

The Elgin Store might be a little smaller than most Home Depots, but I like it for that reason, easy in and out, very helpful Associates.

We shop at this store often for all types of supplies.

Just need to see more employees around when you need assistance but everythings else are good!!

Great job to the Home Depot team customer service!, was able to complete a list of electrical tools that I am replacing. Inventory was stocked, clearisle access to overstock and associate assistance was superb.

In my eyes Home Depot is the number 1 Hardware Store in the Nation with regards to Product availability.
