Took almost an Hour to get my product at curbside pick up. This has happened 3 times.

I am a military veteran and have traveled to many places and I just want to say the the customer service that I have ALWAYS received from this store since I moved here has been fantastic. I drive the extra miles pass Lowe's just to spend my money at this particular Home Depot. They treat you like they care that you shop here.

Great service and Great selection also Convenient hours! It use to be that as a Home Owner. You go to Home Depot a few times a day when working on a Project. But, you go to another place when you want good customer service. As of lately The tables are turning, I've been to other places and I am very satisfied with what Home Depot is doing with the customer service aspect is getting way better and that to me is how America should be.

Worst experience I had. Try to buy a door with installation on 26 Nov 2019 today is 10 Dec 2019. After numerous phone calls with rude people and 3 visits to the store (Last time spoke with a manager) my problem still not solved. Item and installation is paid for. Please someone from Home Depot help!

Please don't buy a Maytag washer. They come out defective and than they take week to fix and charger you for the services call. Plus homeport will not return the machine. If they do, they will charge you a restocking fee.

Went to shop on Black Friday, was welcomed with a complimentary Coffee Table. Nice touch, employees were helpful and friendly. Was lead by employee to the item I was looking for.

the customer service alone will keep me coming back, i went in with a problem and the store manager made me feel like he really carried about my concern and when i let i had a resolution and knew i was being taken care of.
