I came across a Home Depot associate named JEREMY who was very helpful and professional. He helped me locate my items and load them in the vehicle. He was also able to help out other clients while attending to my needs. I would recommend Jeremy for associate of the year or give him a raise/promotion for his excellent work. He is a dedicated Home Depot associate and shows what every Home Depot associate should be like when it comes to customer service.

I love this store. Friendly from the beginning to the end. Organized, clean and the employees care about the customer, Wow! Awesome place to shop at.

Went to the store today to look for some hinges and a flashlight. I was immediate approached by an associate to ask if I needed help finding something. Associate was very friendly and made sure I found what I was looking for.

Don't have photos but I have bought so many items from this store and I am very happy plus it is very close to my home.

The older lady (Kimberly) with light gray/blonde hair at self checkout racially profiled me as a black male. She stood over my shoulder and then when I completed my purchase she requested my receipt and checked my items, counted them and validated each item on the receipt.I was the only person she did this to. She clearly assumed I was stealing. I have never felt so low and mistreated and mistrusted when shopping at home depot. This is unacceptable and very hurtful and unfair to me as a customer. After finding nothing wrong she didn’t say anything.

Went to go buy some crown molding. Received excellent customer service from the employees at this store. Items are easy to find and if you can't find it, an employee always approaches you to ask you if there is anything you need.

They have a large selection of good wood, better than in other places. Service is always good. I have not encountered a problem.

I asked two different associates for help in the garden section and they only pointed us to a general area and the information they gave was incorrect. We eventually found what we needed but there was nobody willing to help us out. An employee named Yuri mishandled the situation when we had to reach high for the item we needed and gave us attitude. Then continued to argue with us after explaining the situation. After that I heard her talking bad about us on a personal call and there was a customer she ignored and then left who asked for her help during her aggressive toned confrontation.

Home Depot needs to maintain that Supervisor cashiers are properly trained to service customers

Put stuff in the floor that they can’t even sell.

I went to Home Depot to buy some products to unclog my sink. The products work exactly as the direction on the bottle said. I am very happy with the results of these items

They are making your shopping to be quick and to the point. I will revisit this store for sure even though it is very far from my house.

I have been to HomeDepot often and usually tagging along with my Hubby. I usually hang-out at the plants. When I have had to go by myself on important missions, the employees have either ignored me or told me that was "not their dept." This time I was pleasantly surprised. Brenda Madrigal (associate) was soooo helpful and patient. We are redoing our restrooms and that is a task in itself!!! Because of her courtesy and professionalism, I even asked if they worked on commission??? Great job Brenda!!

Cashier Judith is very fast and very friendly. Company should hire more cashier like her.

Do not go to this store unless you have an extra half an hour to wait in line for one register that is open, and if you have an issue with that and complain they really don't care

Was very happy with our purchases! But please provide better training on customer service with employees in each designated department. We didn’t feel acknowledged. No formal introduction with what we were shopping for.

As a daily customer in the electrical field i see a lot of mean customers. But, i give props to the guys i usually get help from such as Raul, Ray and Martin. These guys go above and beyond and deserve temhe recognition.

I am giving the store 5 stars because of the employees and a great experience with one special cashier named Kimberly!
