Went to get a kitchen design for my new home. The associates at the store are quick to help you find what you need.

Could not get the veterans discount Unless you register Online, I was Not aware of this until paying. Someone Mentioned You can scan the QR at the register, But Lately QR scans have been linked to personnel data being downloaded. Just a BAD IDEA Keep it like it was

I bought a refrigerator there for a great price, included shipping and the installation. The appliance salesperson had great customer service and was very patient with us.

Employees in the appliance department were absent. 3 Employees were assigned but only Alma was there trying to help everyone. I waited more than an hour to buy my stove. Very frustrated

This 4th of July My wife and me wen to The Home Depot over Rojas St. In El Paso, TX. and at the entrance of the store we met Alma who is a seller of electrical appliance and what was our surprise that she took great care of us and answered all the questions of my wife and we don't have to invest so much time to decide what my wife was looking for. Thanks to the positive attitude of a good worker like Alma is. we highly recommend her.

We have to take a long trip to visit this store. We need a Home Fepot in our local Northeast area.

Employees were friendly, asking if they could help. One young man even offered to take can of paint on top shelf for me.

Great home improvement store

THE LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TAKE MY ORDER AND MADE SURE I GOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

There was a young Hispanic male named Jay who was gathering carts from the parking lot at closing time for the store I visited. He stopped gathering carts and took the time to help me load some heavy items into my car. I heard and watched him do this with several other customers out of his own volition. A wonderful employee and nice person.

The store has more useful items in the area.

This girl at the customer service desk emily is so rude and need to learn to work on her attitude she was practically ignoring me and on her phone

Swift service from employees, felt welcomed as soon as entered store, even while it was busy I was acknowledged and let know that they will be will me in a bit. In about 7 minutes after was helped finding what I needed and placed a order for out of stock products

Parking is terrible, always a challenge. Store needs a good cleaning and items placed on shelves faster instead of laying area and customers have to dance around each other and items.

I definitely will go back to this store...

Busy store, lot of people helping

I went in to return some items to store #0522. When the cashier went to scan a specific item he stated I could not return them, due to store policy. I said “okay that’s fine, but can you please show me in writing?” That’s when Alessandra jumped in and started yelling “it’s store policy ! It’s store policy”. I then asked her if she could show me in writing and again she responded by yelling & not listening to the question being asked. Then she yelled “I’m the supervisor” I said “that’s fine can you please call the manager”. Jerry (manager) then comes and also states it was store policy. I asked him to show me & he said “I would print it but it’s too long”. I then said “okay please give me the # to Coporate”. I called Coporate & they could not find this store policy. It was a Alessandra & Jerry policy, NOT a store policy. Overall, these 2 employees, Jerry & Alessandra, should be demoted from their positions as manager & supervisor. As they lack basic customer service skills, have no ability to listen to the question being asked, and are over all extremely rude to customers.

Shopping at this location was a pleasure. Very positive experience,
