it is really good store with friendly staff

Awesome experience today. My wife and I went to the store, knew what we wanted but clueless where to start looking. A sweet gentleman named Edgar came over, he introduced himself and took us around to our product. The entire time he was friendly, in a genuine way. He was with us for a while and then took us right to the register. The lady there, Valeria, was equally friendly and even answered some questions about the return policies. We were able to get what we needed and felt very impressed to share how nice they were.

I AM A PLANT LOVER AND I AM GLAD THEY HAVE EVERYTHING I LOOK FOR.

I find the products I need easily, associates give assistance when needed, store was clean

The cashier was unprofessional and disrespectful to customer. He was murmuring and swearing. His manner did not even meet the basic ethics, not mentioning of being home depot employee and representing the company.

I being a disabled Veteran get lots of assistance from the store employee s I also I get assistance on my projects with a list of materials I need to do the jobs I need down.

Cashier Terra provided excellent customer service. I was there (I live in the North Bay and was evacuated) to purchase masks for myself and to bring back to the North Bay to give to community members. Conveying this information, she gave me a ten percent discount. Excellent service! Thank you!

Employees are very helpful. They will direct you to the aisle where you could find what you are looking for. The employee at the garden section know his stuff, from what garden soil to use and how much watering you need for the plants you are buying.

The Store gets two thumbs up for cleanliness..

Some of the associates are great, very helpful, very positive. Overall, the store is disorganized, shelves are a mishmash of various items, the phone can ring for 5-10 minutes before anyone answers. As a contractor, I wish there was a Lowe's nearby. I often go to OSH, because though they are often more expensive, the store is clean, well organized, and much easier to navigate. Trying to get someone to help you with cut wire or getting something down off the racks is a 50/50 proposition. This is a great location for me, but unfortunately very poorly managed.

What i like about homedepot is that its near my neighorhood and that i dont have to struggle to look for what we need.The workers have a nice personality.

They have what you need, or can get it. Tons of free advice as well as great employee's. This is a great place to shop, one of those places where it "just works".

Your employee at customer service, Shalina, was very helpful and knowledgeable on directing me to the proper place to find what I was looking for. Cashiers and other employees could learn from her.

The staff are very friendly and helpful

Don't expect them to cut lumber for free. I got two free cuts and then was charged on additional cuts. They said it did not make a difference how much lumber I was buying, I was going to have to pay for more than 2 cuts.

Be prepared to wait for help and check out lines. The place is a zoo!
