great experience. darshita was awesome, she went out of her way to help me with my shopping.

I ordered 2 items online to be delivered to my home. Only 1 item was delivered. When I called the store they told me that the delivery person forgot to take my other item.I could have the item delivered the following day, or I could go to the store and pick up the item. When I arrived at the store the item (Mobile Smart Tube Hideaway hose reel) they brought to me was obviously used. The item was dirty, had cobwebs and leaves on it, and the tread on the tires were all worn out. I asked them if the item was used and they said "Yes, it is used, but it is the only one we have for you". I asked them what happened to the item that they told me I could come to the store to pick up , and the said they didn't know what happened to that item and they could not find it. They said sorry, but offered me nothing for my time and inconvenience. They did not seem to care about the awful customer service experience I had.

A female sale cashier named "Janae" is very friendly, resourceful and thoughtful.

I hadn't been back to this store in years but I found it to be as good as it ever was. Store is always clean and stocked and the associates were helpful. Carolina in flooring was great and helpful with cutting my blinds!

The store is neat and clean with very professional and friendly staff!

Bruce in plumbing went out of his way to help me find all the parts needed for a dishwasher/garbage disposal repair.

I received much needed assitance from assoicate "Bruce" who took me to two locations for the products I needed and had excellent advice on how to install the products. I am very greatful for Bruce's help and advice!

I had a very good experience with 2 employees in that store. On March 2nd, Joseph helped me with my purchase and on March 3rd, Janae helped me. Both were very friendly and helpful.

One of the grate experiences that I have at store #8525 is organization. The floor is never clustered, or over crowded with products. This gives the shopper an opportunity to see and recognized other items from a distance. The shelves are always neat and all the items are reachable at your finger tips. At times when I may display confusion on my face, I always get a "can I help you with something", and thus far the service from the associates are always on point. Help is always near by just when you need it and I always tell my co-workers that if confusion becomes a problem, just ask an associate and they will most likely set it streight for you. Thanks again for being patience and understanding on each of my visit where confusion was a small barrier.

Home Depot employees have a grate habit of welcoming everyone that walks thru the door with a short and brief welcome. This in itself projects a warm and relax feeling that carries you thru your shopping time. When checking out at the register you get the same feeling with a thank you that makes you feel like your money was well spent. Thanks again to such a wonderful staff of employees.

Under new management group, it's not happy at all to shop at east Irvine. This store doesn't have energy to go any more! New store manager doesn't know retail business and assistant manager tells against what he used to do and new prodesk manager doesn't care about account. It's very strange experience.

New to this store. I needed air filters and was greeted by cashier Sue. Sue helped me locate air filter using the Home Depot App. which I was not aware of. I now will be able to find items better in the future.

The friendly lady cashier in nursery/garden, Amani, was exceptional.

Cluttery store, always busy in front, no clear front entrance signs, not much of each item to choose from and only limited selection in items in some aisles. Friendly staff but store needs more upkeeping

Instead of driving a distance to a Christmas tree farm as I usually do, I went to Home Depot for this year's tree because of a neighbor's suggestion. There was a wide variety of tree types and sizes to choose from, and the employees were friendly and professional in cutting mine to order. My noble fir was very fresh and lovely and at a reasonable price. Who needs to drive far!

The Managers at this stores needs to be trained on customer service and trained on how to better handle customer issues. This stores also uses a delivery company that cannot make deliveries on the first attempt and lie to the customers about attempting deliveries. Be careful Home Depot likes to give their customers the run around when requesting a refund due to delivery issues.

I was shopping for Kreg Pocket Hole Plugs but did not see them on the shelf where the Kreg products were located. I spotted HD Assoc Bruce who was working another department and he looked on his HD Inventory handheld and found that there were 7 in stock. He looked in the overhead bins but did not see the numbered box. He contacted Al who works the tools department. Al did some checking and located them after climbing a step ladder. Bruce & Al worked as a team in assisting me find my product

I have found this Home Depot to be eaiser and faster to get one's questions answered. I am grateful for receiving good advice on my home projects.

Mike and David are amazing, enough said. Both are kind, warm hearted, funny employees who are attentive to all customers' needs and will go above and beyond to help people out. A million thanks to both of them.

This store is always extremely clean and well organized! Everyone in the departments are super friendly especially the pro desk! The pro desk is always very help especially Teresa Susie and Miguel! They deserve an award they always go out of their way to get what we need and fast!

I went to this Home Depot for 3 reasons. 1- around 3 weeks ago I had Home Depot do a measurement on my house because I want to change the flooring (either carpet or vinyl) and they had e-mailed the quote for carpet but when I called and asked for the laminate flooring they said I need to go to the Home Depot store in order to receive an itemized quote 2-I needed a replacement for my shower head which was broken the day before 3- I was looking for a foldable utility/shopping cart. Although I asked several store associates for help, and there were less than 20 customers in the whole store, it took 1 hour until somebody came to help me. When I contacted their customer service, the lady asked me to come back the day after because they were busy! This was after 40 minutes of waiting. There was another customer who had the same situation and eventually gave up and left the store. After an hour of waiting a lady came and helped me. Then I needed help with finding the shower heads and she called another associate and it took them 15 minutes to find that associate . This is unbelievable. I eventually left the store around 7:30pm. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
