In the outdoor gardening department. There was an associate who refused to acknowledge my wife when she needed assistance. The associate was a woman, Caucasian with sandy blonde hair, about 40-50 years in age. After we had to approach her multiple times she finally acknowledged my wife. She did not provide a reasonable greeting, she did not express any interest in helping locating the plant we were looking for, and was yelling her responses at my wife the entire time. Watch out for this woman, her negativity will ruin your day.

Great Customer service and knowledge of employees about products and locations

Two employees spent a lot of their time to help me resolve an on line order issue. Every employee I have interacted with there has been very helpful and cheerful

I came in late to the store and James (Home Depot cashier) greeted us and directed us to the exact location of the items we needed

Was looking for a fridge for my mother in law. Stopped by this location to see some in person. Saw a few items I liked, went to the front and crossed path with Mike. This guy is an angel! Super awesome and helped me with all my questions and needs. Didn’t even pressure for the sell. He left a lasting impression that I cane back a few days later looking for only him to help me. If you go to this location you need to ask for Mike.

On more than one occasion Ali has helped, without even asking. Very friendly and conscientious, when bags of sand were leaking without asking he immediately applied tape, then he saved me $50 by telling me about credit card offer.

I've been to several home depot stores recently, the one on 6200 Irvine Blvd is the best. Very clean and spacious between aisles, very well organized.

The employee's at this Home Depot are very friendly and very, very helpful. A great store to shop at if you are in a hurry, well stocked. A shout out to James in the garden department, James went out of his way to help me today, and they were busy.

I bought a Milwaukee impact tool with a battery pack, which stopped functioning after less than two years. The East Irvine store had an excellent team of tool Section. They exchanged the old one with a new and advanced battery pack since Milwaukee had a good warranty policy.

I drive out of my way to come to this store as Bill always seems to have my best interest in mind

The staff that is at this location is extremely helpful. Perhaps it's bc the location is within a neighborhood? But, whatever the reason the friendly and knowledgably staff are a pleasure to interact with. On this particular visit I met Bruce who helped me find the right tools for my 79 Jeep Cherokee that I am restoring with my two younger sons. His knowledge and experience really shined as he helped me find what I was looking for and educated me on the tools/process to get the job done!

Today I needed just a couple things from the garden center and had the pleasure of meeting James at the checkout. He was personable, delightful and really seemed to happy in his job. He made conversation and really put a smile on my face. What a wonderful team member he is!

The cashier, her name is Liyun, was so helpful and a went out of her way to offer to check us out instead of us having to do self checkout. She made it a great visit to the store. Liyun deserves a bonus or a raise.

We were looking for a closet shelf/board and needed to have help with lifting and cutting. Walter was there to help throughout our search for the perfect material. He made our day. We now have a shelf for our children’s clothes. Thank you Walter.

Nowadays, I never expect good old-fashioned service at stores anymore. Not the case with Home Depot on Irvine Blvd. They are ready to help, point you in the right direction, answer questions and spend enough time with you that you feel like you are making the right purchase and getting exactly what you need and won't have to go back to the store to exchange something because you never got any advice in the first place.

Great experience shopping at this Home Depot. Needed some plywood but was up high at another home depot so they sent me here because it was too inconvenient for them to bring the giant pallet down for just one piece of wood to sell. Anyways, glad they sent me here as their team members were super courteous and brought it down no problem. I also had Matt make me a bunch of cuts and again he had no issues with it and was super nice. Also, all cuts done right and at the measurements I needed. I've been at other home depots where its like it seems that you are bugging them for making so many cuts. Great shopping experience and will be making this my store from now on.

The store was very clean and full of product. I was finding bathroom fixtures to show my contractor what I wanted. Found everything I was looking. I bought of couple of trees for a planter while I was there.

The person who helped me, Rominia, handled my purchase from start to finish. Including, leading me to the location of the product, assisting me with checkout, and coordinating placement into my vehicle.
