All my products that I have needed have been easy to find.

I traveled to Gahanna Ohio to help my brother to do a little internal remodeling inside his home. This store offered everything I needed to do the job quickly and with no problem obtaining the assistance needed from store employees. The employee that I spoke to new exactly where to direct me for the tooling and parts I needed. I was amazed that although I used a vague description of the door draft eliminator sweep, he knew exactly what I meant and pointed me to the exact isle I needed. I currently am walking with a foot injury, so less steps really helped.

Associates are always very helpful and I can always fine the items i need.

Store is very well managed and I am always able to acquire the items needed for our maintenance people, at our condo complex.

Store associates are well trained and customer service focused. Kim the Store Manager is very knowledgeable and ensured that I left completely satisfied with my purchase. She is awesome!

The products in the store were easy to find as each isle is easily labled. Excellent customer service in the flooring department. The store was very clean.

I asked for help at the Pro desk on a particular product, and the team is always very helpful and efficient when locating what I need. Especially Kimball and Bodie who are very customer oriented and helpful every time! Excellent employees and take their job seriously.

Clean sore ,easily availeble required stuff ,very friendly staff

Staff are so rude!and are clearly there only to receive a paycheck and not for the customers. If you want to be completely ignored and frankly just treated poorly this is the store for you.

This location is easily accessible with plenty of parking. The store layout is well organized and the customer service is solid. All the employees are friendly and helpful. You can even take your dog into the store!

We drive the extra miles to shop this store because they generally have what we need in stock. The sales associates here are most helpful as well. We purchased appliances w Kirsten at this Home Depot. She knew what she was doing and helped us quickly. We recommend this store!

Don't go here unless you want to spend an hour checking out while the cashiers solicit credit card applications!!!!!!

Ordered online and the communication between store and me was excellent. They emailed and texted me when my item was ready to be picked up. I went to the service desk where the customer service guy was more then helpful. It took me less then 10 minutes in the store. The store is conveniently located.

Employees are not friendly at times.

Two years ago, this Store was my Go-To location. Since then, I have received poor service, rude employees and mere excuses. What happened to a Smile, willingness to assist and a sincere apology? Everyone wants a paycheck without making any effort. Hey, it's called WORK for a reason. I will continue going to Maxtown Road and Newark after this latest mini fiasco.

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND MOST OF THE WORKERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. PRODUCTS ARE VERY EASY TO FIND. SOMETIMES HARD TO FIND WORKERS TO HELP ME.I LIKE A LOT OF THE PRODUTS THAT HOME DEPOT CARRIES. VERY GOOD STORE OVERALL.

the people in the lumber department knew exactly where everything was located for building a step rail for my deck everyone was friendly and happy to help
