At 6am being one of probably ten people in the store, no one says "Hi" of offers to help you find anything. Shameful

Needed to order a new washer no one in appliance dept. asked employee that was stocking shelves to page for help. HE came over and completed my order. Very nice patience . Great customer service !!!! Believe his name is Kendall

My wife and I visited the Home Depot store to purchase appliances for new house that we are building, and we had the pleasure of working with Anthony, and we received the best customer service from Anthony then we could have ever expected. He was very knowledgeable and patient while we chose the appliances that we needed. I would absolutely recommend asking for him if you are shopping for appliances. Thanks

This store is the black sheep of Home Depot. Bad customer service. Could not find any help this morning, but it turns out that were all up in the front of the store!

THIS LOCATION IS NEAT AND CLEAN AND STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY.WELL MANAGED AND WE WAS FOUND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.

I've bought several items that I'm very pleased with. Also bought gifts for others that they really like.

WE went to Home Depot to just look for home ideas and found a small freezer that would be great for us, and the item was on sale . Worked out great. The people at this store have always been very helpful and polite.

Part of my visit involved Returns. Willie was very responsive, very professional and customer focused.

I purchased a refrigerator at this Home Depot--a store which I have always considered a "man's place". The experience was pleasant and reassuring. I felt very comfortable here and will not be intimidated anymore by all the pickup trucks and men.

Home Depot almost always has the products I'm looking for to complete my home projects, and knowledgeable staff to help me find the best product option to complete it in the best way. They also provide consultation regarding tips and tricks to improve the project outcome.

My friend was out of town, and her mother needed a flashlight. I decided to stop by Home Depot to see what was available. I interacted with at least three associates in the store, and each person was accommodating! One associate approached me to offer help when I could not find the flashlight I wanted. He showed me another section of flashlights on another aisle that I had overlooked. Woody is the only person's name I noticed because I asked him for his feedback on the flashlight features. He took time to ask me about the intended use of the flashlight, and we both concluded that the one I had would be perfect. Exceptional service by exceptional people! Thank you.

I was ready to buy much more than what I needed & an employee helped me. It ended up costing me much less! The store was very clean & the shelves were well stocked.

As a former contractor and home improvement DIY’er, I have purchased a lot from many different Home Depot locations. This store in Westerville stands out among them all. Well managed, good inventory availability, and the people there have always been helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store.

The store was clean,the associates throughout the store offered assistance if I needed help. The flooring specialist that helped me was cordial and very knowledgeable . Mission accomplished.

The employees are friendly and extremely helpful. The store is currently flying the military flags and the US flag in the store. 99% of the time they have the product we need and if they don’t, someone always helps in locating what we need, either at another Home Depot or online.

Most of the associates are helpful and friendly. I would like to recognize one exceptional employee. His name is Terrance. He is so nice and so helpful and very knowledgeable. He is always in a good positive mood. He is the best!

I was simply looking for Homer buckets and a female associate with brown hair in a pony tail with glasses was nothing short of the most condescending person I have ever dealt with at this Home Depot. I asked where I could find the buckets and she said "Um, yeah, pretty much at the end of every aisle in the entire store". I said I know where they usually are but there aren't any. She then said "Down in the paint". I said I already looked there. She then said again "Down in the paint". I started talking again and she interrupted with "Down in the paint" Every time I started to speak she would interrupt with "Down in the paint" It's very unfortunate that this ASSociate was inconvenienced by a customer. By the way, there were no Homer buckets anywhere in the store, especially "Down in the paint"

I have been trying to replace my dishwasher since just before the pandemic shutdown last year. Another home improvement store had one delivered for me, but it was damaged. The second one was also delivered according to GE, but the store staff could not find it. I hope to avoid the same type of problem with Home Depot. We'll see. However, that other home improvement store also had a wonderful salesperson in the appliance department. The only reason for the four stars instead of five is due to the need to order the appliance and wait for delivery for over a week.
