Seems like a good amount of product in stock. Hard to get assistance in store and our specific check out person was rude and clearly not pleased that we checked out inside with plants (we had to go inside for garden fence and were parked close to the check out lanes).

Love this store. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Usually well stocked but have had a couple of occasions where items listed as in stock at the store, when checking online, are not there when you arrive but for the most part that is not the case. Store is well laid out and clean.

All Home depot stores here in Central Ohio are the best to shop in.

Have purchased items and appliances, flowers, etc., from this store for years, it is nice that they have people there to help me. If I call in I don't get put on hold forever and sometimes never picked up on! Great staff, nice cashiers, all out great and clean store, can get almost anything here but groceries!

Great staff - easy to find help - one department employee even walked me from his department and introduced me to the staff person in another department where I needed help. I drive 15 minutes to get to this store rather than visit another big box home improvement store that is next to where I live, as I prefer the experience so much more at this store.

Associates were friendly, and as helpful as they could be. Sadly, the friendly associates know little about the product. I went here specifically for a Milwaukee ‘buy one - get one’ deal for a certain combination of M18 Fuel batteries & tools. Big surprise, they had NEITHER battery listed. The deal was buy a 12 AH battery at regular price ($219) get an 8 AH battery free. Pretty good deal! Instead, I was offered two 5 AH batteries for $200. While that’s a decent savings off of the regular retail price of each 5 AH battery, that pales in comparison to the manufacturers deal. (In essence, I got half the power for nearly the same amount of money.) Everyone knows cordless tool batteries are a bit like ink cartridges, its where the manufacturer really makes their money. The prices are inflated as a result. I keep an eye out for deals like this and grab them whenever I see them. This store not stocking these batteries is not Milwaukee’s fault. On the plus side, the store is clean, well organized, and the associate who assisted me did the best they could. However, in the end I’m still quite disappointed.

Best Home Depo I've ever been to. One phone call brought the product to the service desk before paying. All associates were friendly and helpful. Store was clean and the front of the store was NOT cluttered!

Although the product listed in stock on the HD app was not available upon arrival, the store associates were helpful. I had to return to the store to replace the product. That was easy. Finding the advertised product was a difficult endeavor. Patience and a steadfast associate/s working together resolved the issue.

I frequent this home depot store for work purposes in home. The staff is very knowledgeable regardless of who you need to ask. They are readily available and happy to help.

This is my go to store for home improvements. They make sure the customer is no.1

The sales associate was extremely pleasant in appliances. My issue is with the store not honoring my husband's military discount. Granted we did forget to mention it at checkout but promptly called them with no avail

Some people like to help and are passionate about what they do. Others are disgruntled when asked for help or for needing help with cutting wood. It’s such a problem when needing help in lumber or needing wood cut. Some staff are wonderful and love talking home projects and some working on side projects at the store (stocking or what have you) seem like they don’t have the time to do that and help customers.

I was extremely impressed by the knowledge and efficiency of Christina. The store is well organized and stocked, and the employees are friendly and helpful.

The helpfulness of the employees was excellent. I purchased a 32'x80" storm door to replace one that had broken. I was sure it would fit in my SUV. It was about 2" too long. An employee not only helped to try and load my car, but went over and above what was necessary for me to get it home. I am elderly and its not always easy to find help in any store. I always seem to be able to find someone at this store that is able to assist me and be friendly doing so.

Store was very helpful trying to find a tile that I liked in a Home Depot kitchen magazine.

Mike in appliances was amazing! Knowledgeable, kind, insightful and just an all around nice guy. He even gave us some tips for our final walkthrough on our new build home next Monday!

Store employees were not wearing masks correctly, even after repeatedly requesting they do so. We did not feel safe. On top of that, the employees became rude about our request and talked amongst themselves about us.

We had flooring done and it was a horrible experience I would never have them do anything at my house again

I went to the Gahanna Home Depot at around noon on 6/26 to purchase 3 gallons of paint. I told the associate, Selena, that I wanted 3 gallons of "middle of the road" satin finish Behr paint and I asked her to show me the prices. She showed me three options and pointed to the ultra version that was priced at $29.98. I said great, I'll take that. Selena fulfilled my order and when I scanned the first gallon at the self checkout it rang up at $35.98. I told Mary the cashier about this and she said to go take a picture of the price and she would fix it. So I went back to the paint department and I said to Selena that the paint is ringing up at $35.98 and she asked what finish I ordered and I said satin. She said oh that's why, the satin finish is $6 more per gallon. I said well why then when I said I wanted middle of the road Behr paint with satin finish did you just point at the $29.98 price without telling me that it will cost more with Satin finish? She said well this is the price for flat paint. I said I never asked for the price for flat paint, but that I specifically asked for the price of the satin finish. She said well it says it right here, again pointing to the sticker that said $29.98. I said surely you can see where it might be helpful to let customers know the price of the paint they request and not the price of paint that they didn't request. I suggested to her that in the future she might want to let customers know this and I also said that I don't know anything about paint and that you are the expert. Her response was "I am actually not the expert, I just work here". to which I responded with "clearly". I then took a picture of the price she quoted and said let's see what the manager thinks. She told me to have a nice day with a hint of sarcasm and then proceeded to laugh as the next customers approached as if I was the idiot. I showed Mary at checkout the picture of the price i was quoted and she spoke with a manager and promptly adjusted the price to the amount I was told. Mary was very helpful and saved the day. If I would have been told the correct price up front I would have gladly paid that price. I might have even paid that price if Selena would have acknowledged her mistake and apologized but instead she chose to be argumentative and took zero responsibility for quoting an incorrect price. If you are someone that doesn't know anything about paint, be sure to ask what the price will be at checkout for the type of paint you are ordering.

Store location is very convenience,perfect sources for my needs.Store employees are friendly.
