Customer service rep was friendly and answered my questions completely. Staff worked together to help my husband and I make our purchase of a new lawn mower quick and easy.

my home needs were filled in very little time, the associate" Tonya" was fast paced, helpful, Informative, and courteous....NICELY DONE!

I love this store! The employees are always nice and will help me when I need them.

Workers are virtually always willing to help; they listen and recommend. My only complaint is with the plastic part that broke when I went to install it. I'm sure Home Depot will take it back when I return there with the receipt. They will probably agree that the piece, made by Kohler, could have been make stronger.

I'm a contractor and I spend a lot of time purchasing materials from Home Depots all over South Carolina, and I have to say that store 1108 on the east side of Spartanburg is by far my favorite for many reasons. As soon as I walk in the employees meet me with a smile and a hello and ask me if I need any help . The employees at this store give off a good positive vibe and behave like they like being there and that puts me in a good mood.. I go to the store many times a week and I have developed friendships with many of the employees. The store is kept clean and well stocked. and everyone there does a great job. I highly recomend this store.

We had to get it set up for someone to come out and measure our floor space because we are needing new floors put down. The girl at the front desk was very nice, very polite, and acknowledgeable about how to get the information that she needed. Then she told us how everything would happen and asked us if she could be of any further assistance to us. But that was a great feeling to go into a store where someone actually knew what she was doing and she done it very well.

Used the "paint match" to get paint to cover repair spots where a shelf pulled out from the sheetrock in a closet. TERRIBLE match. Not even close. Employees helpful. I don't blame the employee. The machine that they have obviously needs some attention. Disappointing to say the least.

I just bought carpeting for a condo,I had a couple of other quotes nobody could match their price or quality. I also just had them put the same carpet in another condo excellent job ! Tonya and Cassy at the East Spartanburg SC store went above and beyond to help

During an evening visit to the store, I ran into the manager. I do not remember her name, but noticed her clip board and manager name tag. She greeted me with a friendly smile and made sure I was finding what I needed. I asked her about the staff change at the paint department. I have grown to trust Steve and Jennifer (name may be wrong - but not very tall, Caucasian woman - part time now) - they are tops and give excellent customer service and delivery of a perfect product. But lately these two people have not been present -- and new folks have been there. The change in attitude was night and day. The new, young woman acted like I was bothering her break time, and the new young man was more interested in his iPhone, which was over by the paint computer, supposedly hidden. I asked the manager to please return the regular staff -- I miss them. The manager was top notch also... extremely accommodating and friendly, and thanked me for my time to stop and talk.

Ordered online to pick up in store, not in stock. This has happened multiple times at this store. No other help with the situation offered, simply offered a refund or they could "keep looking" for the item.

Poor customer service in the Garden Center!

This store is very convenient for me to visit after work. It is really clean and the employees are very helpful.

Terrible customer service. Employees need to be trained. They don't seem to know how to order or how to check inventory. I was given incorrect information numerous times, they got my order wrong, got the run-around on delivery, and I still don't have my order. Will not shop here again.

This store has sales associates that are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We always choose this store when looking for diy projects materials and home appliances. We have never left this store disappointed. Always a pleasant experience.

I had a very good experience during a recent visit at Home Depot. I needed to buy some pieces of heavy lumber. Henry, the employee who helped me was so great! Henry not only helped me find the product I was looking for, he helped me check out and he loaded the lumber in my car. Great service!

Great store the location is very good for me because I live in the next county and we do not have a Home Depot.

I had a problem with a special order. Customer service employees did not give up until the issue was resolved.
