Every time I come to this store I feel like I've a new friend with different employees. Knowledgeable and helpful indeed!

I have shopped many home improvement stores and many other HD’s. This location is clean, friendly and employees always ask if I need any help.

I have never had a bad experience either on the phone or in the store salespersons and managers are helpful and knowledgeable I have shopped at this location since it opened

Everyone I have interacted with at this store has been friendly and helpful. From getting paint to ordering carpet and carpet installation services, every experience at this store has been completed with professionalism.

Wasn’t sure about a Ryobi hand vacuum, a staff member explained the differences between the two and also directed me to other wet/dry vac options as well.

Every time I've been to this store, I am treated with courtesy, respect and kindness. Employees have gone out of their way to help. You feel appreciated as a customer. And this store is out of my way, but they disappoint.

I am very pleased with my products but, the cashier was very rude and appeared to not was to assist my son and I at the self checkout. Not a very pleasant experience.

Shipped at Spartanburg East Main Street.Home Depot today. I returned some items for refund and bought other things for a job I am dioing. The employees were very helpful professionals and friendly. I highly recommend East Main Street Hime Depot for all building projects.

Everyone come shop at this home depot the staff is generally available not ducking and hiding like at the other store you know which one I'm speaking of and they don't mind answering every question

Extremely friendly staff with easy to find products. Staff ready and willing to help regardless of how easy it is to find and even if you don’t know the exact product name they will help you find exactly what your looking for.

Carson acted very rudely. No one said hello or asked if they could help us. Very bad experience. Left and went to Lowe’s after dealing with him.

The store is clean and well organized, somewhat surprised at the verity of selections and options available compared to some other stores options. Employees are circling the store to ready to be helpful and take care of you.

I have shopped all the Home Depot stores around here and this stor consistently has the items that I need in stock. The staff is always helpful and I vet what I need quickly. Time is always the key to a successful shopping experience. The less time it takes to get what I need the more time I have to do my job and the more work I get done. Great store and employees.

This store was far more superior, that I thought, more products that I could imagine possible in one place. If I had more money to spend, in time you better believe, I will be back, for table saw, riding lawn mower and much more.

The service personnel in the garden section were very friendly and helpful. I needed help in getting marble white rocks off the pallet that was to far out of my reach. The man also helped me take the marble rocks to my truck and loaded them for me.

What a wonderful, wonderful shopping experience. This is the best Home Depot I have EVER been to. Super friendly and helpful store associates. The store is beautiful, clean and shopping carts seem brand new. Items are in-stock and easy to find. If you live in Spartanburg, go to this Home Depot instead of the sketchy, dirty, constantly out-of-stock Dorman Center Drive location where the employees couldn't care less about the customer.

Had a great shopping experience today at Home Depot. The store was very neat, clean and very well organized. The staff I encountered were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very enjoyable experience and will definitely be back.

Stores normally supply very well. You guys have way better customer service and Lowe’s. For the most part prices are at or below other stores minus Harbor freight most of product sucks. Thanks for everything you guys help supply of my business without you I have no work
