Jerry has went above and beyond not once but twice for me, after taking on a tiny house project, I had no idea what I was in for but Jerry has been there to help on multiple occasions!

Store is not fully stocked need better staff.

We do our own home Improvements and looks like Home Depot is improving in store. We experienced a huge improvement with employee assistance thruout the store. The reasoning behind my 2 stars is due to aisles being obstructed. I went into Home Depot for the purpose of purchasing a garbage disposal, sitting directly in front of the display was a forklift with a pallet on it. I located an employee to see if I could get it removed and was told he wasn’t licensed to move it, and didn’t think there was anyone working that could until the following day. Needless to say I had to climb over the pallet and in between the display and forklift to get a garbage disposal.

They have taken lots prevention to the point they won't even sell the product to you.

We drive 45 minutes to this Home Depot for the great service, knowledgeable staff that are available whenever we call or go in the store. And, they have so many options in stock. At a time when so much has to be ordered online and it can be really difficult to get a real person to speak with for help...make us appreciate this HD and the employees so much.

Colby loaded bags of 25lb landscaping rocks into my vehicle. He was very kind and helpful. I would not have been able to load those myself.

It would be helpful if the sales associate knew more about the area where they work. Have a young man also work in the garden center to assist with the heavier objects purchased.

We had a technician that needed to rent from the Tool Rental. He was denied despite the technician having a business card, employee ID that matched his Driver's License, Company Vehicle, listed on the Pro Account for Home Depot, and previous rental experience before with an excellent return record. He was denied because the vehicle registration was in the company name, not the employee's name. WHAT COMPANY PUTS THE VEHICLE IN THE EMPLOYEE'S NAME? We went through the various levels of customer service only to be treated as if Home Depot did not want our business. The Store Manager, Erin, was rude and gave not care when a major company had a LARGE water main break. I want to do business with someone that appreciates my business.

Customer service is definitely an issue in our society but this HD got it right! Staff knows where to find things and they make you feel welcome!!

When we bought our house, it came with a shed. My husband painted it red to look like a barn. I had seen hardware in Home Depot that looked like barn door hardware. Today is our 58th wedding anniversary so I went in and bought the hinges and handle for his "barn"

Purchased some outdoor carpet today at the Eastside of Spartanburg location. Had the most pleasant and friendly experience I’ve had in quite some time at ANY retail store. Brionna in the flooring department was beyond friendly and professional! I will never shop brand X ever again! Home Depot has earned all of my future business!

Clean, not as busy as some locations which make for a nicer shopping experience for me
