Love shopping here, from the garden center to lumber. Customer service will help you with what you need and get you an associate to help you in the area to locate what you need. Shopping online and picking up at store is easy and a great service.

This Eastside Home Depot out does any home improvement store in Spartanburg county. They have some outstanding employees that are willing to go above & beyond. They are always the place I go first for home improvement items.

I find the products I need for my yard and home easily. When I need help their associates are kind and most helpful. The store is very organized and clean.

This was the first time for me in this store. It is located just out of my way when there is a Home Depot nearby within a mile or two from my home. But my contractor asked me to pay for the supplies that he would pick up on his way to my home. I had already arranged to meet with Tom Bailey. He explained that it was a smaller store. This store has a warm vibe. Maybe it's the lighting, maybe it's the way things are placed. Or the employees. Maybe all of the above. Most HD that I've been have a more industrial look. The store employees looked like they were happy to be there. One blonde woman, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, noticed me looking around and asked if I had any questions, and I guessed they had bright warm smiles beneath their masks. Sometimes I find ideas and inspiration by looking around like that, and with the way things were displayed, I could get close to it, and really check it out. eg.. designer doors, flooring. I'm sure I'll return.

I would have given 5 stars but if the store employees told their customers they have to wear face coverings as stated on the signs upon entering this store or don't enter.

I asked for help with toilets. I got attitude because the lady said they were so heavy. I then had to push and pull both on a cart with my 2 year old helping and also had threshold and 5 gallon paint tubs. I had to load them alone in my vehicle after asking for help! One employee even suggested I SET MY 2 year old DAUGHTER ON TOP OF THE TOILETS to push her on the cart!!!!!

I can't be be more satisfied with the service and staff at the store. GREAT!!

The Home Depot Store on East Main has met every need we've had since moving here sixteen months ago! Moving means adjustments to the new home, yard improvements, changes you want to make and sometimes repairs someone else should have done. As a Real Estate Agent who always shares a "Preferred Suppliers" list with my clients, Home Depot has been on that list for more than thirty years. Keep up the good work!

Clean store, easy to navigate. Great selection of products. Normally not extremely busy at times I have visited so in and out was a breeze.

One of the store mgrs. Humiliated a younger employee in front of several people. She was rude, ignorant and didn't care who heard her. I was embarrassed for the employee and ashamed that this person thought it was alright to be humiliating. This is not the first time I've witnessed this by the same mgr. I'm appalled that Home Depot doesn't treat their associates better. They are putting their lives on the line to work and pay bills. This woman, whose first name began with a D. Has humiliated men and women before when I've been there. I'm ashamed of a company like Home Depot for encouraging such behavior from their management. This store is very poorly run. Never again.

This Store is Great! Always have people on the floor in case you need help! Everyone is always Friendly and ready to help! Thank You for trying to keep the shelves stocked with cleaning products and paper during this hard time.

Walked in and ordered over $1500 in lumber for delivery. Ordered on Tues March 31 with a Sat April 4th delivery. No delivery, no call. Went back to store on Sun and was told order had been shifted to cross town store and delivery would be Tues April 7. Again, no call, no email, no text message. Zero communication.

My favorite HD store

Everything about this store is great! They always have what I need, or will help me get it, and it's a joy, an escape to shop here in such a clean environment. I'm like a kid in a Handyman's store. The employees consistently help whoever needs it, and they have been friendly and insightful over the many years I've been shopping here. The odds and ends I need are easy to find, and I just love the different displays and set ups they do for special occasions. I cannot say enough about #1108, Thank you.

I do not like the back entrance to the store anymore. I think that it is dangerous for your customers to use the back entrance to Spartanburg High School to turn into Home Depot's side/back entrance. I liked the single entrance to Home Depot better.

Very helpful staff

Had a great experience from entering the store to my final purchase. Everyone was friendly and very professional. The only thing I was disappointed about that I wasn't told that I had to purchase a icemaker I was only told I had to purchase a water/ice line .didn't find out until the delivery guy told me when I asked about the icemaker he said I had to purchase a icemaker I just have the line .the associate NEVER told us we needed that but now I have to return the line or purchase a icemaker probably just return the line. But overall the visit to the store went well.

This is a pretty good store. Maybe avoid the service desk if possible, as the only issues I have ever had seem to occur there. Maybe the folks are overworked...who knows, just expect to be treated rudely on occasion.
