I shop at Home Depot a lot and generally find the inventory, prices, and quality I am looking for. That is not to say that I am also quite frequently looking for an impossible item or solution, it seems.

Friendly and efficient and knowledgeable employees

enlarge the store so it is like the larger store and carry more stock items.

OMG the store is so clean, the employees are very helpful and very willing to walk around with you looking for just the correct piece. A terrific place to shop.

Home Depot has changed it's policies for issuing and using store credit. Prepare to be treated like a criminal, even when you have a receipt showing that you paid with a credit card.

Great team of dedicated and well trained folks ready to help us whenever we stop in. Store usually has what we are looking for in stock and on the rare occasion they were out they helped us locate the product at another HD in our area. First rate service and friendly staff.

I visit this location on a regular basis. From the very first visit to the most recent, everyone there makes sure your feeling welcomed and are very knowledgeable about home improvements. Kennedy, Lindsey, Wendy, Pamela, many others are great cashier that’s always greeting you with a smile and a cheerful attitude. The pros desk take the time in helping you find what you’ll need for your job. The SM and ASM take the time to meet the customers and create the friend like atmosphere there.

In the survey the final question stated that I indicated that I was not satisfied with the help from an employee. If I so indicated then I must have pushed the wrong button or I misread the question because I was well satisfied with my dealings with the employees.

Store associates Scott S. and Veronica were both helpful and attractive— which is always a nice combo. The fact that they helped me get the best deal possible also contributed to their (and the store's) overall attractiveness. Besides them, I had already hunted out the best prices on washer/dryer combos and Home Depot had the competitors beat easily. Gotta love getting projects done yourself. Mmmm. Thanks team.

This is a great store and employees provide great service !

The associates both near the store entry and in the flooring department were eager to make sure we found what we needed. Some items on display were not in stock (probably because they were popular items and moved quickly) but the store was clean. I will definitely go there again.

Most of the people in the store are very helpful and knowledgeable. I tease my kids, if they need help in the Home Depot look for an older gentleman. The one thing I wish you do stop moving product around the store. I learned were things are and then the next month or two there in a different location, that is very aggravating.

It wasn't always the case but the employees seem to be quite knowledgeable and they walk you over to what you need...

Every time I come to this store with a problem, the associates think of different approaches to my problem and offer to help. It’s great. Especially because renting, I’m not able to do most obvious solutions to home improvements.

Most products I needed were easy to find. However, multiple displays in the plumbing and electrical sections covered the items I needed and it took time to find them because they were hidden. The alternating side-to-side displays also caused traffic problems with multiple shoppers trying to negotiate the narrowed aisles. SUGGESTION: Place all needed displays on one side of aisles, not on both sides.

Home Depot is the closest to my home, about a mile away. I would call my shopping experience at Home Depot as “hit or miss”. Sometimes you can find what you need and other times not so much. At this store, I usually come away with a good feeling. The checkout personnel are always nice and helpful. The other employees that help in the aisles are usually to busy to be of any help for an older lady.

My Dad was a craftsman when I was growing up. He's elderly and disabled now. Some of my fondest memories with him are taking trips to HomeDepot. This particular store is clean, easy to locate items and the staff is friendly. Shopping here is like a bit of coming home to me.

This East Millcreek branch store is close and stocks ALMOST as much as the huge mid-city stores (21st So). Always leave thinking I can complete this project that came in for.

Parking and traffic flow is nuts! Be careful there.

Everything was awesome today. Got help replacing a circuit breaker at home that was hissing. Excellent help on the Electrical Aisle and Lindsey gave me great help on the self-checkout. Great work everyone!

I received outstanding service from Frankie - I had to return a product and Frankie was so helpful and friendly. She also made sure that I got the help (from the store manager Chris) I needed in the Electrical Department. Thank you Chris, store manager, for assisting me find the light fixture I needed. Tonya helped me earlier last week find a product I couldn't locate. :The staff at the Millcreek Home Depot are friendly, eager to assist and most of all knowledgeable - within their specialty area. Great customer service.
