Shayne is particularly pleasant to work with. He was genuinely kind and helpful. I didn't feel like I was working with some retail employee, I felt like I was being helped by a friend.

I am a young woman and I often feel dismissed at hardware stores. Here I felt respected and that employees genuinely wanted to help me with my project. In particular, Bill helped me find the right drill for a new art project I’m working on. He asked thoughtful questions to help me make the right choice!

I shop here often. It can get a little too busy at times, especially in the spring and on weekends.

Over the last five years I've worked with Tammie in Windows and Flooring. She consistently goes above in beyond in helping me and working with the manufacturer to get them to resolve warranty issues from a previous install. She is a joy to work with and always very responsive.

Shayne in Customer Service was very helpful to me. Employees there are consistently friendly and helpful.

I've been coming to this store ever since I moved to Salt Lake City. I really appreciate the service they've provided me every time. I was a regular at the Chandler, Arizona store for over six years. The knew me and greeted me on a first name basis. I'm glad I found this one now. I'm a Home Depot Junkie.

I am generally at this store 2 or 3 times a week and enjoy its convenient location on the east side.

This store was well organized the employees were very helpful. I would most definitely tell the guys I work with where to go for any supplies they need. On top of that the store was not cluttered and very clean. The products I was there for were very easy to find

Awesome store with super helpful and friendly employees! Every aisle has very clear and easily viewable signage so finding what you need is a breeze, but if you can't find something the staff are extremely helpful! They also have a great selection of flowers for a great deal year-round.

I recommend this store for the reason that it’s the only one around my neighborhood. As I was trying to select wave petunias I was constantly interrupted by an employee trying to manage a very long hose and she kept boxing me in with my basket. Checkout was very irritating as people were walking up to check out in a Willy Nilly fashion around older folks were left standing there! I also watched a couple shopping who dissected a six-flower set of petunias until they had the “best” ones in their set. Not HD fault but surprising to me. It’s my only Home Depot so I like it anyway. Great prices. Great flowers of all kinds and plenty for all. And don’t pull apart fixed sets!

Small store yes, but the employees are great and management needs to do what they can to keep them. Shop here a lot and 95% of the time everything is great:) Actually I never really have a bad time.

The employees of this store are so friendly and helpful. Heaven and Kim at the customer service desk go above and beyond to make it a pleasant store visit. This store is, by far, the best managed Home Depot in Utah. They keep it well stocked. The employees are ALWAYS happy to help and very knowledgeable. From entry to exit, they are attentive and cheerful. I pass up other hardware stores to shop this store specifically. Superlative service!

If your going to pick a cashier I suggest you pick anyone other then "Marlis " .Very rude and unprofessional. I usually come to this store as it is in convienant distance from my home but after today and the behavior I encountered from this individual I will NOT be back .I will drive to the W.Jordan location 20 min via freeway for bigger purchases as the employees there have always been helpful and kind , that should tell you something as to my experience here .I understand everyone has a bad day but this cashiers behavior truly was uncalled for and just ridiculous. The lady in the Paint department however was very kind and helpful and I believe she should be given that recognition as my grievance was not with her at all .

I want to let you know that one of the employees there, Susanna in hardware, is a rare employee. I have been a licensed builder for 40+ years and purchase materials from many sources. I have come across very few people of her quality and and strong work ethic. I had to do extensive work and went to the Salt Lake store. Each time she knew where everything was saved me much time. I always look for her when I go there! Susann is incredible! Thank you!

I have shopped the Salt Lake City Home Depot store on Highland Drive for many years and I can usually find what I need. Store employees are typically friendly and helpful. This year I purchased new Thomasville kitchen cabinets through this store, which have been installed, and I have ordered the countertops that will be installed in the near future. My wife and I are very satisfied with the cabinets and the installer contracted by the Home Depot store.
