Isle were blocked in store and we were not able to get to register. We had to go to several isles to find a way that that opened to check stand. No filters were available for our shop vacuum. We needed a level 3 and they only had level 1's available. We would have gotten a level five....No store had it available. Staff seemed busy and just told us where to go....

Top notch employees that help when I need it!

Cashier was friendly but no one else was.

They always have what I need and someone to help me find it! It still take 3-4 trips but its not their fault!

Most of the employees are exceptional and helpful. During this time of Covid it was a great experience recently to be checkout out by Keri. She kindly asked us to stay back (social distance) and to push our cart forward so that she could check out our items. My niece and I appreciated this SO MUCH. She cared about our health and safety and she appreciated our positive response and that we cared about her health and safety. Hope Keri is there the next time I shop.

This is a small store as Home Depot stores go. The projects available are limited.

Ally and Brinton helped me with the perfect gift for my husband and I've never received that level of customer service anywhere else. After a frustrating day and 2 other Home Depot locations, they went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this location specifically. Thank you Ally and Brinton. You showed my daughter and I how helpful and caring people can be, even during the craziness that is 2020.

good store and service

When this store was built there was a lot of opposition from many residential neighbors who were worried about how it would look and additional traffic in the area. Neither of those has ever been a problem. The store is landscaped and maintained beautifully and barely shows from the street. I have never encountered any traffic problems at either entrance. Instead of being a blight to the neighborhood it is a wonderful, close, affordable resource to all of us who live nearby and use it. Many of the employees are young and inexperienced, but they always have their phone to look up the aisle and bin # of whatever I'm looking for. Also, I appreciate that Home Depot hires many retirees who have been handyman/fix-it type guys around their own homes and can help me figure out some way to jimmy-rig something or other to make it work and solve a problem. They are the best!! I'm SO glad this Home Depot is here!

The employee in the paint dept. was especially & incredibly helpful! She thoroughly knows her paints! Better yet: she helped me understand what was what! She patiently & efficiently answered my dumb questions with a genuine smile. Impressed.

Great staff who have always gone out of their way to help me find items or do anything to make it as easy on me as possible. The store always has everything in stock that I have ever needed.

I am always amazed to think back to all of the opposition to building Home Depot at this location. The store and grounds are a beautiful addition to the neighborhood and the many shoppers verify that this is the right store and the right location. It is the go to place for many of our needs.

We’re still suffering the incompetence of this store’s employees and management. A month ago we placed an order for flooring. They filled it incorrectly. We only found out one week before our project started. They promised a new order would arrive by 7/13. Its the 17th and it’s not here. Paying contractor and hotel. Nobody is assuming responsibility at Home Depot. Will never use this business again.

Couldn't ask for better employees that care for individual customers. Been going to this location since I was a child and never had a bad experiance.

I'm pretty upset about my recent experience at HD in E. Salt Lake. Not all Home Depot's. Just this one. I bought a display model tool Milwaukee impact gun, which included a battery. The label said "comes with battery". I have other Milwauke M18 tools and this was a great addition I have been after for awhile. The battery turned out to be defective. Upon return, I was told at the return desk that I could have a new battery. I was also told to follow "Mike" who would take care of it. It became clear that Mike did not agree with that decision. He become a bit vindictive (you could tell) and after 3 rounds of finding reasons AND calling others in the store to get validation, we ended up standing in the aisle together and he said, "I can't give you a replacement battery". The excuses were 1) I don't believe you it's defective. So we went to the rental counter to check a charger and it was. It was defective. 2) The price of a new replacement was $90 but he clearly stated, "that is too much, I can't give you a $90 battery". He went on the phone to get an option. 3) Then it was "i just called another employee and display models don't have working batteries". I rebutted with, "sir, the label says it comes with a battery. I'm assuming it would work or you would mark it as "non working display battery" or not have put it clearly on the tag that is affixed to the drill". He then went back to the phone again. 4) Can you show me where you got this? Yes and I took him to the area. He saw other tools with batteries which were bolted on (other display models so those batteries don't "walk"). There was a M18 4.0 or 6.0 battery there but he said "that one is too big, it isn't a like kind replacement". We ended standing there and he said, "I can't replace this battery, sorry". He offered refund only and was happy he won. Then he resisted giving me the tool back. He said "you have to pay for it", and I showed him my receipt from the previous trip. He then slowly handed it back to me, begrudgingly. I am upset about this and am rethinking my wife's recommendation to shop elsewhere from now on. Honestly, in the end, I don't really care about the tool and battery. It was Mike's vindictive attitude. I was told at the return counter I could have a replacement and Mike didn't seem to agree with that assessment. Once on his own with me, you could tell he was thinking "no way I am letting this guy get a battery". 3 times he came with a reason, I rebutted with the "battery included" label, and he went off on the phone to get another reason. He took joy in winning and saving HD $90. It's $90. Just eat it and keep a customer. Also, next time, don't put "comes with battery" on the part, if it doesn't come with a battery.

Store is clean and orderly with very helpful staff. Most products are pretty easy to locate in store. Any assistance needed was always close by.

I shop this store on a regular basis and have always had friendly service from the employees. The store is always clean.

Went into the store to buy landscaping soil. The bags that I bought were marked Garden Soil. When I got home, I found the bags only contained mulch. Deceptive labeling on products.

Jose in the garden was very polite and helpful.

Worst customer service! People are using their personal phones at work. Employees would sit and congregate behind the counters rather than smile and help customers. Unsophisticated employees.

The store employees have always been helpful and friendly. Sometimes I might have to go to another store since this location is not as large as other locations. The locker pickup works great.
