All they have a self check out registers. THAT SUCKS!

Man, what can you say. I would shop Lowes or a small Ace hardware over this behemoth if they were easier to get to in my area!

I was extremely impressed with the help we received. Two associated went out of there way to help us find what we were looking for, checked for a boxed version (the only version was the floor model), let me borrow a measuring tape (as I was unsure if it would fit in my vehicle unboxed), and helped us take it apart to ensure it would fit. It was very busy, but they still made sure were taken care of until the transaction was complete, all while being friendly and upbeat.

The stuff are good at homedepo

Cashiers are gone, replaced with computers trat aren't as intuitive as the supermarket. Employees are all friendly, but it took several of them over 30 minutes to get an item from pallet stock that was missing from the store shelves.

A great spot to shop with great employees making everything easier.

I like the store and its my go to store for everything home improvement but lately the store assistants are not very welcoming in their approach to help.

This store are our new store now. The people here are more helpful and alert. I recommend this place.

Prices were good, had plenty of things.

Both Vic and Michael at this store were very helpful about a new kitchen faucet that I was looking to purchase. The one I had purchased never swivled correctly and they said to return and it would be replaced. I like that kind of service. Both great employees

Exceptional paint department. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to get a paint chip matched so I could repaint my home the same color

Everytime I have a bad experience, it's from this store. They tried to bounce me around when I wanted to purchase new washer and dryer. Tom, the associate at the appliances gave me paper printed with codes instead of ordering them for me. I wasn't aware of that until I went out to check out. Kobe, the cashier told me to go to customer service to order them. The customer service person, Abby, then told me to go back to appliances department to have them order. Having my baby cried in my arm explaining what happened, all she did was saying that Tom should have done that and not sent me to her. She then went online and ordered for me like she was the only one on Earth know how to do it. I was annoyed enough, but I told her I want to pay for them along with other stuff that the cashier told me he suspended so I could pay them all at once. She then told me they have to be paid separated because she had to order the washer and dryer. Obviously, these people were trained separately to say different things on same one transaction.

I go to this store frequently. Today there was a pregnant employee being made to work outside in the garden area when it was 90 degrees. She was obviously suffering.

The overall store is great! The prodesk needs some help. I have yet to be emailed back and some of their customer service feels fake and rushed.

Everytime I come here I get ignored by employees or told they don't carry something I end up finding myself. Sometimes you get a good cashier but I find myself leaving without things I came for because I just can't stand to be in this store anymore. I'm going somewhere else from now on and shopping online.

I'm usually overwhelmed by this type store but today I was given all the help I needed at customer service for a small remodeling job in my home. Very efficient and everyone I spoke to in the store today was always friendly and professional. Great experience!!

We usually have a great experience at the Mall 205 location of Home Depot. The salespeople are quite friendly and helpful almost all the time. I would say I wish they had carts available on both the ends of the store, as they seem only available on the north side. Other than that, love the store.

I would recommend this store for sure....... but Janice the cashier was angry and full of attitude, not sure why. She was bitter with me when I checked out and I didn't deserve that in the least. She first rang my order up with a total of $92.00.....I complained that couldn't be right, she angrily re-rang it and it came to $57.00.....LOL .....How is that possible? Boo Janice.

Marcus ordered the wrong Washer Dryer set. The order was cancelled the next day and re ordered. The money has not gone back in to my credit card and it has been almost a week

I bought MAYTAG Washer Dryer $1,400.oo & I was trying to show my wife what they looked like. Put in the SKU & the part number & what comes up is something I do not like. Dryer with door that opens sideways and Washer with no agitator. My wife & I went to the store the next day & noted that the ones I bought had been moved & the numbers were not right. FINALLY found a clerk that said he was part time. He cancelled the order and was filling out the correct ones when a lady clerk who was helping another client said the client did not want to wait so he handed off my work to her. VERY BAD MATTERS AND BUSINESS PRATICE! I think clerks should be paid according as to how well they do. Set up the computers to keep an eye on employees. In the cash of most clerks the computers should be setup to pay them according to how fast they work = mainly grocery stores. BTW Vietnam does not have a word for GROCERIES as I am married to a Vietnamese

The people in this store have always gone out of their way to help me, an old lady who often is not sure what I need and want. The store is clean and I have almost always found what I needed there.

Ordered a refrigerator online. No place to specify hinge/handle location on the online order. Had two online chat sessions to ensure location was specified, since delivery location to a tenant with limited English skills. Chat personnel confirmed special notation added to order to specify hinge/handle location. Went to site yesterday to view delivered product. You guessed it. Delivered wrong. Too fed up after so long with chat room personnel to fight this one and will accept as delivered. Such a simple add to the online software to let customer specify and avoid this hassle. Too bad.

Great store, busy day, all employees I encountered were friendly and helpful the whole time I was there

If you live in the area this store is fine, if not I would try another store as this one is in a high traffic area so getting in and out of the parking lot can take longer.
