The store was very busy/chaotic but Tahneetra went over and above to help us. I vote her employee of the year!

Helpful, friendly staff, good selection and prices, clean store with a nice layout. I always enjoy shopping here. The people who work at this store are pleasant, willing to assist, and very efficient. If I have limited time, the employees are diligent in making sure I get in and out the store quickly without feeling like I made a wrong or hasty decision. If you can over look some of the less desirable individuals that have become increasingly common in the Mall 205 area being present at the store (just as they frequent other retail stores), then you too can have quite the enjoyable shopping experience !

I have. been purchasing alot of building supplys from this location. for my rentals; and my home.good value.

The store is a mess with boxes and garbage all over the place. No shopping carts to be found anywhere. A worker told me that the homeless people were stealing them. There's bars and locks all around the tools. Same worker told me there's shoplifters there daily and the staff just let them walk out with the items.

Home depot app shows ample product yet none is stocked on the shelves. I look above and see lots of boxes of product but no one takes the time to actually stock items. Associates stand around talking with other associates and don't help or acknowldge others. When I ask for help to retrieve an item and they don't return it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Finally, Get some carts. There are none in the front of the store, none in the parking lots.

I am always amazed by the positive energy the employees have here. They go far beyond expectation to insure my shopping experience is a rewarding one. When I leave this store, I am already anticipating my next shipping experience here before I even get to my car.

I purchased a new toilet today and Vic or couch which he goes by was the best expertise any could ask for. He did not only help me figure out what size toilet i needed but showed me how to get a rebate from the water company also what a great guy they need many people like this.

I was helped throughout the store by 3 different employees that were so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back to this store for future home improvement and supply needs!

I was checking out and the UPC code on a packet of seeds wouldn’t scan. The cashier Andrew who came over was condescending and acted like I was trying to steal something. Trust me, I don’t need to steal $2.95 seed packets.

I highly recommend dealing with sales associate, Ed. He took the time to explain the differences between washing machines and dryers. He also went out of his way to insure I received the veterans discount Home Depot offers.

This is an extremely well stocked and managed store, but what sets it apart are the employees who are extremely knowledgeable and go the extra mile to be helpful.

Was helped out by a young man named Kye. He spotted some bad lumber in my pile of lumber I was buying and swapped it out for me. Very kind

The unhelpful woman at the costumer service desk charged me for tools I didn’t want and couldn’t tell me how to go about getting a new tape measure under warranty that Home Depot doesn’t honor anymore.

The store associate, Brian, was so helpful and nice. He helped us find what we were looking for, and when he encountered us later in the store, he even brought us a cart so we didn't have to go get one. He made it a great experience!

Maggie from Kitchen & Bath is Phenomenal, and she has the nicest boots!

I have not had good customer service experience in this store, really ever. BUT today, Wendy W. went above and beyond!! She not only helped me find a great washer and dryer set, but she also helped me order new blinds which are outside of her department. I can tell that she really cared about creating an amazing customer service experience. I wish more employees at that store would be like Wendy. Thank you so much, Wendy!

The point of sales asks if you want an email receipt, and gives you all the buttons you need to get one - but good luck getting one. The cashier's love to jump in and select paper without even asking, and just assume you're too dumb to pick whether you want email or paper on screen. I swear, the cashier's get a commission for how much paper they can pawn off on the customers. If you can't tell, I hate paper receipts! F paper receipts and every cashier who forces them on me!

The store is good and all, but Jennifer Clouse was extremely wonderful! I felt like my projects and endeavors at home are doable, just by talking to her and getting tons of tips and tricks. She needs a raise.

This Home Depot store does has a wide array of products and at fairly reasonable prices. Bark dust is always a bargain here at certain times! My most recent purchase was a RYB 22" hedge trimmer with a 18v battery. I also needed to buy the RYB 18v charger in addition as I obtained the very last of these hedge trimmers (the display model). Kaye made all the difference (during my most recent purchase!)

This story is a great place to find those handy items you need to do home makeovers. They actually have people in the store you can ask questions and help you find what you're looking for. Reminds me of the old- school-hardware stores that actually provided real Customer Service! Thank You!

Similar to other branches for being busy except at the Appliance section which we had discontented experience with the Salesperson behavior on how she deal with us.

The kids in the front of the store, usually a gang of 3-4 younger girls, would rather chit chat then acknowledge anyone let alone actually help someone or greet them for that matter. The other employees who are running around picking up others slack are all super knowledgeable, friendly, quick and make the store worth going to! Don't trust the online stock numbers for products they're usually wrong and don't try calling to get stock either they won't know or won't pick up but if you go there you're bound to find something to buy whether you knew you needed it or not!

Jennifer was very helpful with our recent visit. We bought a washing machine and she made it easy.

This Home depot offers above par customer service! Look for Rachel at checkout, she is a gem!

The store manager was very rude to me and my daughter. One we waited for his help for 20 to 30 minutes and when it was time to help us out he chose not to. He went to another customer to help them out. They even told him that we were first and we were waiting for a long time. He told them we can wait for the person that will be coming from his lunch. Then the customer said we can wait they were here first. Yes he still help them before us as if what he did was okay. It took a lot for me to be nice. I didn't my daughter had to deal with him, because I just couldn't.

I feel like the employees here are eager and excited to assist and have a genuine interest in helping you find a solution. Only issue I had was first time renting a tool the guy there like a year ago was extremely off putting and avoided helping me and told me to go find what I need and bring it up here then he can help me. I was like okay but I have questions and he was like then you aren't ready to rent a tool. However the older lady who was working there now made up for it and then some she grabbed a cart and ran over to the product and was like follow me then without asking told me the differences and was excited to assist me. And that experience is what I normally get here.

Worst experience I ever had buying lumber. It took 2 hours to buy 5 pieces of 2x12 and a single 4x4 post. When I asked for help locating what I was seeking, I got a vague wave to another area of the store. When I persisted, an exasperated employee finally took me to the location of the lumber I wanted, except it wasn't there, and he had no idea where it was. He never found it. He also did not know the difference between cedar and pressure-treated lumber. He also could not wrap his mind around the fact that 2x12x12 is different from the 2x12x10 he kept trying to get me to buy. When I finally did get some lumber, I had it cut. They cut it wrong. I had them cut it again. They then told me it was my job to take the mis-cuts to another area. At that point, I told them that was their job, and I left. I'm not a carpenter, but I'm the son of one. I've been going to lumber yards since I could walk. This was the most miserable experience I've ever had in one.
