Jacob was a very helpful associate at helping to find lumber an the size needed for a project.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Emily in the paint dept is an awesome employee. Helped me a lot and went out of her way to get me what I needed.

We had excellent help and efficient, timely service that really pleased us due to the problems of lower inventory caused by the pandemic.

The store was cleane, associates were friendly, provided perfect customer service.

The manager that helped was friendly and very helpful.

This store is suffering from stocking issues. Nearly every time I go I find only 50% of what I need and I end up having to make an extra trip to another store or to the Happy Valley location. Home Depot also seems to have abandoned their earlier practice of limiting how many people could be in the store at one time. It was VERY crowded on a Saturday (no surprise). But it's as if THD has given up on our safety.

I ordered online. My item not at all HD stores so I had to order from another HD store and -(thankfully) have it shipped free to my home. CSA's very courteous even when contacted at busy times. Very positive interactions for me despite Covid uncertainty of employees and circumstances. Available masks at entrance very helpful. Thank you

Paint Department is slow, lazy, and Zero customer service when I was there on 08/10/2020 at 7:30pm at the Mall 205 store in Portland, Oregon

store is clean and well organized, the staff in the paint department have been especially helpful and knowledgeable, checkout has been very fast even with the current COVID-19 restrictions.

I'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS IT'S ONLY A FEW MINUTES AWAY NO OTHER STORE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD CARRIES THE PRODUCTS that I need

To start when I arrived there were workers at the front of the store just sitting around not welcoming customers in, just staring at us as we wondered in. I ended up waiting in a line I didn't need to be in thinking they were taking peoples temperatures but come to find out it was the item return line. I was quite annoyed at this. I finally made it into the store and did my shopping and ended up getting lost several times but eventually found my way, not problem there. My problem is that none of the staff said “hello/ do you need anything/Can I help you” as I passed by or stopped to ask if I needed help. I was walking down the main back ill and some staff members where bring trash to the back and none of them kindly asked me to move… I move out of fear of being hit. Which all these problems that I can forgive. But the biggest issue is that your staff members let a man walk in to the store with a dog that wasn’t on a leash an it nearly BIT a black woman! Your staff members then started a fight with the woman’s husband and the man with the dog ran away. The staff members where using profanity loudly at the black woman’s husband because he was upset that his wife could have been badly injured by the dog that your store and staff let in without a leash. The man was mad that your staff members let the dog owner run away without any consequence. Then your staff started yelling at me when I told them/ pointed out where the dog and dog owner had gone in your store. You should be ashamed to treat people this way! I have never felt so unsafe/scared/unwelcomed in a store as I did your today!

The store was very clean, they took time to make sure shopping carts were sanitized and past out mask and hand sanitizer to those who wanted them. The customer service through the self check out has always been good.

Not sure why there wasn't someone making sure that all wear masks. Realize that some are exempt but it was obvious it was mostly rebellious people who weren 't. Even the older people wore them.

I needed two pieces of wood. My husband and I shop here very frequently and he has been able to buy wood individually. I came and was treated very poorly when trying to do the same. The two staff in the flooring department literally watched me attempting to pick up a bundle ( 70lbs ) by myself, no one helped. An older man had to step in and help me put it in my cart. I do not recommend this store because the staff were very rude and problematic. I was given to assistance whatsoever.

This is MY store. I appreciate the time and effort that they put into making sure I can find what I need quickly and that I don't have to spend too much time waiting in line to check out. As a retired veteran, I also appreciate the 4 reserved spots in the parking lot and the 10% discount on everything in the store.

Had more items in stock that other depots don't have and everyone at pro desk are great help.and very friendly. Could use more pro loaders.

Great store to shop in. They have almost everything I’ve been looking for on my house remodel. I love that the website shows you where to find stuff & it’s always where it says it’ll be. Amazing.

Check out is a joke- go to Parkrose Hardware or another Ace hardware or smaller hardware stores where the customer matters

I love the Home Depot pro desk at this location. I don’t feel just shagged like I do at other hardware stores. They do everything they can to meet all of my needs so I leave a satisfied customer. Yvette and Jennifer are always eager to help.

I was amazed at how much help I had received from the staff at this location. Everyone was so willing to help and making sure I got what I needed. They also helped me load the products into my car (in the down pouring rain, fun).
