Good store

Nice People, Not fake friendly, Just plain Nice!

Whenever we come to Montgomery for hardware or other supplies, we always make it a point to stop in this store. It is right off I-85 and easy to get to. The store and garden center is always well maintained, easy to shop and usually has whatever we need. My wife and her sister really love plants and enjoy shopping the variety of shrubs,trees, and flowers. Thank You.

Staff was very professional, greeted by all associates who passed us while shopping. Was asked if we were finding everything ok.

Store was in great order and garden department staff went above and beyond for me. They selected plants in a downpour and then loaded my car so I could stay dry and leave happy

This is a great store. I've had dealing with Ms Kelly (store mgr) she always works with me on any issues I have with aBetter store product. Great Service.

Not having a PRO Desk is terrible...need a place to sit and look at plans, etc...

This is one of the few home improvement stores that have associates working in areas where they have expertise and can help customers that are do it yourselfers. I always go to the Chantilly Pkwy location.

Had to run in to get a nice plant for the front porch, the Garden people were great, Mike and the cashier Leah!

This is friendly store, stock is plentiful and up to date, nice clean.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I didn't even have to ask for assistance to carry my items out to my car. I definitely will do more shopping at Homedepot Chantilly.

I give my experience at this Home Depot store a five. I was shopping for a gas grill cover and couldn't locate one on my own, so I asked an employee for assistance. The employee stopped what he was doing to assist me in locating and selecting one. He was polite, friendly, helpful and in my opinion, he went above and beyond to help me located the grill cover. I regret not asking him his name so I could mention it in this posted, but I won't failed to get a name the next time I ask for help and get such exceptional service from an employee. Also, the store is well stocked; clean. I pleased with my purchase.

My husband and I truly enjoy our visits at this store every time we are there, the customer care is just Awesome, the store is always clean and well stocked, the thing we truly love about this store are the cashiers, they greet you, smile and are genuinely friendly...

First thing I noticed when I walked in, was how everything was well stocked, easy to find, and the cleanliness. The employees are extremely helpful and smile at you! Check them out, you won't regret it.

The Chantilly Home Depot is the largest in Montgomery, AL and always well stocked. Usually plenty of HD associates to assist in finding products or answering questions. My prefered store in Montgomery since we have two stores in the city. Only store issue is it’s a farther trip from my home address in the Woodmere neighborhood.

A very good location for the east side of Montgomery. Everything you could ever want for the home and DIY projects is inside the store. Good sales. The store is clean. The sales specialist are very knowledgeable and efficient. Would definitely shop here again. Almost my go to home store for home improvement needs.
