The customer service at this store is excellent. I always receive good help. Today I purchased a washing machine after having a bad experience trying to order one online. The lady in appliances was terrific -- efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The employees went above and beyond to locate an item that the website said was in stock but not on shelf. Jayden, the woman stocking blinds and the self-checkout cashier were so friendly and helpful and I appreciate them. They need a raise. I would have made my purchase elsewhere if it weren't for them.

Paul at the paint desk did a fantastic job helping me with my project. The paint he helped me select turned out great. Excellent customer service!

I shop very often at this location. It is always clean and well organized. Employees are always very helpful if I need assistance. The parking is great and I can always find a place close to the front of the store since I do most of my shopping early in the mornings. This store is close to my home so I can always make a quick run if I need something for a DIY project my wife has for me to complete.

I generally have a positive experience when I shop at Home Depot. The employees are friendly and always willing to help find the product I am looking for.

I really like the location!

I went there to buy plywood and have it cut to size to cover the walls of my studio. The associate that cut the wood obviously doubled the wood, rushed through the cutting and mismeasured. Now, I have a bunch of plywood boards that I can't use. So,I either have to change the specs of my design then the boards squared and trimmed, so that I can use them or go to another store and purchase new plywood then have it cut.

They have the best selection of the most unique plants!!! I love visiting this store! I always find something new that I don’t have!!!

I returned a damaged vanity & Ms. Gail at the Eastern Blvd location was stellar in helping me get the issue resolved. She was literally with me every step of the way...GREAT customer service. Cashiers were helpful in the process as well.

Michael (MJ) was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help us with whatever needs we had. This guy deserves promotion to higher management. Michael was also training two other people, and Sheldon was excellent help two making new keys for us while Michael was taking care of our other needs!!!

We recently purchased a grill and took advantage of the advertisement for free assembly and delivery. While it took a long time and a struggle for the employees to figure out how to accomplish this, we we’re very appreciative of manager Victoria that took responsibility for the situation and helped us accomplish the goal of having an assembled grill at our house!

Called to order an appliance and was connected to Jordan Andrew. What a wonderful young man and most helpful! He's an example of how to assist customers! Go in and ask for Jordan!

I ordered a product on a Saturday afternoon online. I had called the store and a nice employee went to see if she could visually see the actually product. She did so I immediately paid for it and was going to drive from Atlanta to Montgomery on Monday morning to get it. On the drive there, I got a phone call that the item was unavailable. AWFUL customer service - saying you have a product and don’t. So now I don’t have the product and am out of pocket for the gas to drive there.

The service people at this store are helpful and handy! Lots of background knowledge to help me find widgets, nick nacks and whatchamacallits. I did not do this on the other survey but the sales person who assisted me cheerfully and helpfully during my visit was Tiwanda. She answered my questions and helped find what I was looking for. All in all it is nice store. Big but friendly.

This store is much better than the eastern Blvd store. No one wanted to help me at the eastern one but a lady from customer service helped me in Chantilly. Stop hiring folks that don’t like customers and hire more like the lady at Chantilly
