I have shopped at many Home Depot stores and the Chantilly store is, by far, among the best. I go out of my way to shop there rather than the other nearby stores.

Great service and very helpful..

Convenient location and well stocked. You generally have to run an employee down to get assistance. Some, not all, seem more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers.

Overall good place to shop, have most things needed, people at both montgomery Home Depot stores are mostly helpful.

Some of the associates are not friendly or helpful.

From the manager Lee all the way down to the employees on the floor extremely poor service I’ve had this experience twice this year.

The store is very clean! The customer service is excellent! Everyone is friendly and really seem to care about their customers. They are always helpful and I like when I ask for help and the employees are nice about it!

This Home Depot is in an area that makes it easy to get to, easy in and out with out congestion. It has the products available and visible for selection, and it has great pricing and assistance for loading, unloading. It has Customer Reps. that are customer oriented for assistance and also listening to the customer.

clean , neat , friendly employees. garden dept guy helped load real heavey pavers for me. very sharp guy and suggested some ideas that worked for me.

This is the first time I have been in this store since I live really close to the other store in Montgomery. From now on I will make the extra trip to this store. The people are so helpful and friendly. Michael in Millworks helped me with wood for a shelving project, picking it out and cutting it to width and length, all with such a happy personality. It made you glad to be a shopper. Keep hiring people like Michael, Home Depot and you have it made. I must say each and every associates I met that day was happy friendly and glad to be alive. How do you do it Home Depot. Keep up the good work

The store personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked and the aisle are clearly labeled about what merchandise they contain. When we were not sure where to obtain the item we were looking for, a salesman readily found it for us.

The store is very clean, bright and well stocked. The staff is friendly, plentiful and happily assists you in any way. Every one I've spoken with is very knowledgeable. The Customer Service person assisting us handled the sale, delivery setup and order processing quickly and professionally. we were very satisfied with this experience at this store. High praise for Home Depot is well deserved.

My husband n I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. The staff are Friendly n very helpful. I have never experience any staff being rude, which I have at other major stores. They offer a wide selection of products. We are there many times just to look around brain storming ideas on improvement or changes for our home, yard etc.

The Chantilly Home Depot has the best employees. I needed several mini blinds and had measured all the windows but would have bought wrong size if not for Kiyomi an Tristian in the flooring dept. help me. They both searched diligently for the correct sizes, none of which needed cutting, and every single one fit the windows perfectly. I also have great success at the paint counter. There is one gentleman who works it and he is excellent. I can't recall his name. BUT, all in all, this is the Home Depot to go to for all your needs!

Best store in the chain. Knowledgeable, friendly employees. Always well stocked. Much better store than the one on the Blvd. You guys blew it when you let the Store Manager go from the Blvd. store.

Best store in the Montgomery river region area. Great staff, always available, very knowledgeable, and always treats you like family. This is one store where I don't mind an associate coming up to ask if they can help me.
