Excellent store to shop. Prices are excellent and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Paint made simple. I had colors to match - done! I needed 6 different 5 gal buckets - done! I got nothing but smiles and help - it was awesome!!!

Customer for many years, the service, products and employees, have never let me down.

I am at this store almost daily. The employees are exceptional. On a few occasions I have talked to the store manager. A great guy who takes pride in his team. I especially love the return policy and the ease it takes to return product.

Home depot is friendly ,Carol was great .She is helpful and always makes me and my grandson Colton feel at home and welcome.

Very impressed with "Faith" in appliances. She thought everything through, had things ready when I came in, knew what local rebates were there (that others in other stores had missed). Prepared my paperwork, made copies, stapled them so they were ready to send in for rebates (and have a backup copy to show). Literally, it was like Nordstrom except for appliances. New experience for me in this area.

The employee's are very nice and helpful and the store is always clean and really appreciate that there not shopping carts loose out in the parking lot.

Great store great employees

I was in a hurry to find a new refrigerator. I called the Kennewick Home Depot to get information on available stock and delivery timing. Trista cheerfully checked on everything for me, which included multiple trips to the warehouse! She got me all set up with everything I needed, including delivery within 48 hours. She's a miracle worker!

Ken R was the most helpful person I have ever had the assistance of at any home improvement store. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful; he took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and even though the specific item I was looking for is no longer available, he helped me find something that will work and helped me find the item manufacturer information so I can call them directly and see if they still have the exact product. That is fantastic customer service!!!

The Home Depot is always clean associates are friendly and knowledgeable about items. The items that I'm looking for are always there and the prices are fair.

"You have gem of employee named Sally Huber who went against all the store return policies and returned the money. Corp was no help, actually quite unhelpful in every way possible, and told me it was entirely up to store Mngr what to do next. I'm content knowing she did the right thing for the right person for the right reasons. District Mngr should be glad you have such a caring employee when it comes to right and wrong. Handled it with grace, respect and understanding.

I've been in a lot of Home Depot stores in several states, however I don't know what the management of this store feeds his/her employees, but they pectically greet you at the door. And they seem to know by the puzzling look on your face you need help. Thanks to all at the Kennewick, Wa. Home Depot.

Awesome store filled with everything that helps me to manage and improve my home!

The store is conveniently located for a remodel/rental I am working on. The store is clean, well organized and the aisles are well labeled. I can generally find someone to help me and they go out of their way to make sure I have gotten all the assistance I need. The selection is very good and pricing is comparable to other large hardware chains.

Exceptional stock and customer service.

The Kennewick Home Depot always has the merchandise that I need. The hours of operation meet my needs. I can even take my dog in on a leash when it is extremely hot and I don't want to leave her in the car. The employees are friendly and always there to help/
