Best experience at home depot. Polite staff, very willing to help. We are from the spokane area and plan to save our home depot shopping lists for when we are in town visiting our kids and grand kids.

I like going to this location because whenever I'm working on a project the staff is always willing to help me locate what I'm looking for. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and kind.

Faith at Home Depot was awsome in helping me get what I needed for my parents christmas and making sure all my questions were answered.

Went in to rent an attic insulation blower. The cashier behind the counter, Rene, was great in explaining what he had and what type/size of job I was doing. He was able to convey options based on what I wanted to have and needed to spend. As I was pulling my truck around to load the big machine, my rear tire got a bad flat. Without hesitation Rene and his fellow co worker, Josh, helped me retrieve my hard to get to spare tire (My old truck requires a special screw driver to release the tire, and I didn't have the tool). They worked tirelessly to find the right tools to get the tire. The jacked up the truck, replaced the flat tire with the new, and I was good to go. As a sign of thanks, I offered to buy them some beer. They declined. They just went above and beyond. Thank you.

Jessie at the Contractor help desk provides a very professional and knowledgeable experience. She was confident in what she was discussing which made our purchase an easier one, she helped at checkout assuring we had the best possible product at the best price!

Costumer service was horrible. The checkout lady at the front, Raegen, was very rude. I was appalled by the employees behavior.

Easy to find, park and carries most everything needed. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Store does not supply enough workable electric carts for the handicap customers

Thank you to Paul who stepped out of the employee meeting to help me pick out and load a cooler. 6:00 AM and I was able to get it into my classroom and working before students entered.

The Kennewick Home Depot store have experience and helpful staff. They're always smiling and happy to help you. Beautiful they don't just tell you which aisle what you're looking for is on, they take you there! The Kennewick Home Depot store should set the standard for all the stores in Kennewick! Home Depot rocks!!

Instead of having to find someone to ask for help locating something, this helpful employee spotted me in my confusion and asked me if I needed assistance. That was a pleasant switch, especially since I was headed in the wrong direction... Very helpful staff. Clean, organized store. Found what I needed.

Horrible customer service managers lied to my face store manager didn’t seem to care much about anything all I wanted to do was buy a riding lawn mower but it didn’t happen due to poor customer service
