I went in on a Sunday morning to get all things needed for a full bathroom Reno. Skipwas helpful in finding and getting my large items (toilet, shower, vanity) while I was able to get the other stuff. Sara joined Skip in getting all my items (3 carts) to the cashier. They both stayed while Cynthia checked me out, then Duke came to help load everything into my truck & secure it. All 4 employees were so friendly and helpful.

I bought a Jackery Generator and so glad I did. Very happy with it. Had it shipped to the store for me to pick up instead of it dropped at my home just in case I wasn't going to be home for delivery.

I ordered this about two weeks ago and not only was the process very easy, I ordered on line. I received the products in a very timely manner and since it's a gift I received an email that the products were delivered to the address I selected. Sometimes ordering on line can be a little spooky but Home Depot did an excellent job.

I hit the jackpot when trying to decide on the best products for my home. Aileen, in kitchen design, Faith in appliances and Susan in flooring are terrific! Knowledgeable and friendly. Follow up was much appreciated. If you have any remodeling needs, look for these women! Awesome time, questions answered and all the overwhelming feelings gone! Right decision!

We frequent this store. We find for irrigation products we usually always find what we need. We just find prices are getting to expensive

Always friendly, always has what I need.

We needed help finding the Cleaning aisle and immediately an associate led us to the exact spot where the products we wanted were displayed. He also helped us decide which of the various products would best suit our needs (sorry I didn't get his name). Then we went to Garden where associate quickly approached us and helped find the perfect plant for our garden. Both of these associates were not just helpful but also super friendly.

We flip up to 5 houses at a time and have a lot of items that get returned and returning items used to be so ugly to deal with. But with Austin and Niss there now, it’s became pleasant. They actually smile and greet you and are willing to look up account info with the receipt available under our Pro Account.

The cashier (Donna/Debbie) at this store is a detriment to the company. She is extremely rude and has no business dealing with customers. Terrible customer service all around.

After shopping this store for years, there is a definite decline in the care of the store. The clutter in the aisles is terrible, and the stock is low. The employees tell me the rooftop coolers in this store aren't working again this summer, making it an uncomfortable shopping/working experience.
