Everyone here has been friendly and helpful. Jerry at the customer service desk helped me pick up an internet order and was very nice. Returns have been no hassle.

I believe the staff as a team really for the most part tries very hard to help people, especially those wandering around, eyes glazed over, not sure what in the world we are doing or how to achieve what we want. It is so nice to be greeted by somebody who recognizes my desperate need for help and to actually get knowledgeable help, I am extremely thankful for that! I'm also grateful for people like Jerry and Teresa and Jackie at the customer service desk and all of the other staff that have been so pleasant and willing to help me in this tedious long stressful flood damage remodel of our basement. My husband is a contractor and has to go into Home Depot practically everyday but for me I don't know what I'm looking for I don't know how much I need I don't know even sometimes how to match colors and to have people offer to help me especially people like Jerry who could be doing any other thing but is willing to help, for that, I see exceptional customer service and it makes me want to shop there over and over and over again!!! thank you to my special Durango Home Depot! Especially when I have visited Montrose, Farmington, Grand Junction, Mesa Arizona, Chandler Arizona, and many many other Home Depots in Denver and Albuquerque and Tennessee and Cape Cod, my Durango Home Depot is by far the best!

Drive the extra mile and go to the Farminton Home Depot. They have friendlier employees, faster service and you can push a cart down all the aisles.

Although we have a rather large hardware store in town I find Home Depot to always have the products I need at the best value for money. Also, the staff is knowledgeable, happy to help and they take me to the product I need if I need assistance finding it. As always with Home Depot, the store is easy to get to and located conveniently. I appreciate Home Depot being here!

This store is GREAT. They have most things needed at fair prices. Home Depot is supportive, employees are helpful and really care that you have received the item you need. The store is clean and safe.

I shop at this store weekly for small and large items. Today the store was being changed over for Xmas, but despite that organized mayhem, all the people in the orange aprons were attentive and cheerful. I arrived midday on a Tuesday and the parking lot was filling up when I parked. Several registers were open, including the self check aisles so that customers could quickly exit. I ordered a toilet and sink through the HD app, used my HD card to pay and received emails of shipment status. At the store, Jerry and Dan (Super Stars!) at the order counter gathered my items and even offered to help me load up. My wife used the electric store scooter since she had a recent surgery, and the aisles were navigable and clean for her jittery driving. This particular store has an awesome culture with exemplary team members who are regularly helpful, but today's experience, which could easily have been more arduous for us, was made awesome by the superior staff who collectively made it a very positive experience. This shopping experience allowed us to conveniently shop from home and then go meet some great folks who went beyond to ensure we were prepared for the best outcome.

ALL the employees at this store are extremely nice and helpful! This is where we will be purchasing the rest of our needs to remodel our home, and we live an hour away!

nice clean store, helpful staff. the only negative is they allow non-service dogs in the store. at times it is more like a kennel than a hardware store.

The staff at the Durango store is the most helpful I've encountered over the years at numerous Home Depot stores in several western states. The store is clean and well stocked.

Don't bother making an appointment to speak to a specialist. I did.I took off from work. I showed up and they didn't even seem to be expecting me, and the sales person that happened to be on duty wasn't able to answer any of my questions. Not one. Get this - they started looking on the website for answers! Like I couldn't do that myself? They just lost a flooring job.

Great store, good and helpful people; wish they had more of a selection of some things because they really are the "only" real full service hardware store in town. We are fortunate to have a good one like our HD!

hello, your store here in Durango. is one of the nicest home depots I have been in. the people that work there are all very nice to talk with.

I like Home Depot stores and most of the time they have what I'm looking for, but this store needs more store employees for customer service. I have walked out because I couldn't find help.

Unhelpful employees in the store - went past at least 5 on one aisle while searching to find something and not a single one asked if I needed assistance. Then went to front customer service counter to ask a question about purchasing a grill. She was so rude that we walked out of the store with only a $1.60 purchase instead of several hundred $$ of items.
