The employees were very helpful and the store was very clean, the cashiers are also very helpful.

Very helpful appliance salesperson whom was helpful in going out of her way to assist me while working with limited stock available due to Covid manufacturing shortages. She went out of her way, stayed late, was kind and courteous. Sadly, after her manager initially offered free shipping to a local a half hour from the store (for our expensive purchases), the manager decided to have me pay for the shipping as our once 5k purchase went to 2k likely because a 3k item was online only and possibly didn’t contribute toward the stores sales. I’m now reconsidering making the 3k purchase. A loss for HD and for me... after spending over 40k at HD over the past 3 years options must be weighed

Great service at this store.

Although my last experience at the store was really good, usually I can’t find anyone to help me. I live within a block of the store & go there 3-4 times a week. When I do finally find someone they are always very helpful in helping me find what I am looking for. The store is always neat & clean. It would be nice if an employee greeted you at the entrance & asked if they could help you find or direct you to what you are looking for.

Customer service could’ve been better at the beginning but luckily it did get better and she was great after that

Directed down three different isles before found product we were looking for, Nails! Cashier Hannah was EXTREMELY rude. I don't want to go into detail here but suffice it to say, I have filed a complaint with Corporate because local store did not return my calls.

Your appliance sales person, Jeanette, was the greatest. I would not have been so quick to purchase today if she hadn't been so knowledgeable about the products that I was interested in. She is the reason i purchased my dishwasher.

For The goofy town that it is in you can still find a few emlployes that are friendly and not scared of you.

I am very disappointed that right now this store is not following the law and requiring face masks to enter and shop. I have been told that the managers will not enforce this.

Home Depot associate in the carpet area was unhelpful and rude. Shopping is difficult enough with people forced to wear masks, but when an employee is antagonistic after you hunt them down for help, it makes one appreciate other mail-order options even more. Shop local? I don't think so. Brick and Mortar's have no excuse to complain if they allow their help to nudge customers away.

The store is clean, the cashiers are fantastic. The managers are blatantly rude and dismissive. The associates don't know the difference between transition pieces and chair rail, although they work in a flooring department. Just because it says they have items in stock online, does not mean that it is in the store. That was an unfortunate find after driving an hour to the store. Overall I would recommend going to Farmington the people are nicer the store is better stocked and you don't have to deal with rude ignorant behavior.

Very best service I have ever had at a Home Depot.

staff was super helpful when i stopped in to pick up wood for my deck. could only fit half in my truck so had to come back the next day, they remembered me, and had the rest of the wood out in no time and even helped me load it. i drove 2.5 hours to get there and would happily do it every time i need something.

Every Single Time I go into this location the employees are friendly helpful and polite. The customer service and pro-desk teams are incredibly easy to deal with. Only 1 time in 5 years have they not had an item I was looking for.

Poor cashier service

The associate that helped us was really helpful and went out of his way to help find everything I needed on my list. If you ever are in the store and need any help at all ask for Bruce in the wonderful lumber department.

I would not recommend this store but unfortunately it is the only big hardware store in town. Customer service sucks here, they have tons of employees but they rather stand around talk to each other than help you. I have been in this store a lot over the years and spent lots of money here. If you want good service know where things are and help your self and don't ask for help you will only be frustrated in the end.

I highly recommend this store! I am always so satisfied with every single trip! I even buy most of my household items there such as toilet paper, laundry soap, glass cleaner, bleaching wipes etc. all in this home depot. I feel this store should be rewarded with more business for having such wonderful and helpful employees!

We were in town visiting our daugher's and wanted to visually see washers.The store was very clean and every employee we encountered greeted us. Janette Was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We were able to purchase a washer from this store and they delivered to our home in Wichita from our local store.

The employees at this store are absolutely incredible! They are always willing and able to help; they remember you and what you are working on. I cannot express how much I enjoy shopping in this store and the relief I feel when I receive help from every side with my large shopping lists. I never have to shop or load by myself in this store. You all are much appreciated!!
