best store in the chain I have been visiting this store since the day it opened anf the staff are awesome going out of their way to assist

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful especially lead staff person Star. Star is a true brightly shining Star at this Home Depot.

Really irate about the service l received at this store after purchasing a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Had to get a price adjustment on the stove, because l received incorrect item, l had to cancel the dishwasher purchase, awaiting the refrigerator delivery, and was told that it will be dropped in my kitchen, l have to plug it in and the old fridge will not be removed by them. They are so cut and dry, no little leway after spending so much money with them. I'll be moving on from home Depot. DONE!

overall this Home depot store is a great store, friendly employee and well manage store.

It is clean and easy to find stuff I need, if I don't know where is the stuff I can always get employees show me where they are. I been customer from home depot many years. I was very impressed one time the cashier caught Someone is using my card purchasing items , the cashier called me right away and verify with me and stopped my lost. I regrets that I didn't even mention that he did a good job to his manager. May God bless that cashier !

Plainclothes loss prevention associate followed me around while no other associate seemed genuinely interested in my shopping experience. Heavy focus on storage boxes but not on customers nor merchandising of electrical.

Associates and store is almost perfect Atty is a beautiful loving young lady. Seen her everywhere at that store!

KAREN IN APPLIANCES WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME PURCHASE OVER THE PHONE. WE WERE LOOKING AT THE COMPUTER AT THE SAME TIME. I WAS UNABLE TO GET OUT AND GO SEE HER. SHE IS AN EXAMPLE OF AN EMPLOYEE THAT I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AT ANY STORE I VISIT.

shopped in store on 11-! because I was told cheapest time to buy refrig???? No one to help in appliances...waited around. trying to find someone to help....finally was to told reg assic..Michael..was at lunch......waited for him to return..30 min.....took another 10 min for him to find a working computer..another 10 to find the frig I wanted......finally found it....rang up the sale....it did not go thru...he tried again...a couple of times..told me it went thru...grabbed my paperwork and left the store...delivery set for TUE...WAITED ALL DAY.....NO FRIDGE.....called on Thurs am...or maybe late on Tue....IT TOOK ALMOST TWO HOURS ON THE PHONE..HOLDING CREDIT DEPT....FINALLY FOUND OUT MY SALE NEVER WENT THRU TO START WITH......GROAN....next connected to bank...raised credit limit...HAD TO ACCESS CREDIT. GROAN.........finally raised credit limit...sale was approved... ....at least 2 hours........next step had to DO THE SALE OVER......another 15 min...kind assoc. took over...REDID THE SALE.... delivery is set for this SAT..............horrible shopping experience...... .........

Badddddddd Customer service, Specially Sherleen the pro cashier always being RACIST, we can't talk Spanish while making the line????? and telling me I can't come to the store???????? I will never never come to this store again, and "I'm a frequently store customer cause I'm remodeling my office.:(

Customer service agents, specifically Gwendolyn, are rude and have poor customer service skills. I was trying to make a return and this person looked me right in the eye and decided to pick up the phone and talk to a customer who was not in the store instead of helping me, the customer standing right in front of her in the store. When she finally got off the phone I said to her that it was inappropriate for her to have handled the situation the way she did. She had an attitude about my giving her the feedback. I then asked another agent to get the manager for me. The manager, who I am told was either James or Candice, the CS agent, Sandra, was deliberately unclear about which person was the on-shift manager at the time for some reason, never showed up. Sandra both called and paged this individual. No wonder the CS agents provide poor service when they have a manager who doesn't react to a direct customer request to report an issue. So I asked Sandra for the store managers name which she gave me. I asked the person who I now know is Gwedolyn, for her name. She turned her back to me and ignored my request. I asked a second time and with her back to me she said "Call the store manager". You've got to be kidding me! We are not in the streets! Turning your back to a customer is not an option...unless, apparently, if you work at this particular HD.

Best associates at this store. For knowledge and help hints than all the rest.

There aren't many staff members on the floor at all times in this store but I had such a good experience this time I want to shout about it. The employee was as helpful as he could be and very knowledgeable in water heaters and the installation. I could not have had any better experience at any other store. The associate turned what was a very bad day into a day of good feelings.

Staff here is always friendly, always helpful. This location has always had everything I was looking for in stock.

The first associate who greeted me knew exactly where the products I needed were. When I needed advice, the associate I stopped was friendly and helpful. I felt like I left with the right product for my needs. My checkout was fast. The store was incredibly neat and there were plenty of associates readily available (and easily identifiable) that were there to help me.
