As a Georgian Handyman. I just wanted to share my experienced about this Home Depot . Great Service from Cashier and Specialist order. I could not recall all of the friendly -Knowledgeable Staffs Like Mrs. Indira .... The Store is very convenience location and hour operation. My favorite Store. Thank you yours all.

This is the best and only Home Depot store in Duluth. I highly advised going here for your home needs. Carol did a wonderful job helping me out. There are several employees who also do a great job.

I know this is the oldest Home Depot store around...and it is still as great as any other. I simply do not live in this part of the neighborhood which is why I may not come here on a regular basis, but when in town, I won't hesitate. James is the one who helped me in hardware, so he gets 5 stars! He along with others were very friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and nice.

Franklin was doing something else but with my request he stopped what he was doing (He was labeling clearance items one by one) and listened to my request attentively and took care of the problem. He was very knowledgeable about product and he was very courteous. He escorted me to a cashier and made sure I was taken care of until the last moment. Please keep him in the payroll and give him some raise!!!!!

My wife and I shop at this Hone Depot because it is neat, clean and have great customer service. Today is an example of it where Milan, Dept. Head, helped my wife with her concrete and mulch purchase loading when I was not in her company. Super impressed by Milan great customer service with a smile. Keep up the good work HD @ Shackleford location.

Antali is an amazing cashier and CS person -

They often repackage product and place as new stock. I have burned a few times at this particular location. Be sure to verify your purchase has all the required parts. Was not happy with the lack of response from management. Great experience at other Home Depot locations so this store is an anomaly.

I went in to the home depot to buy light bulbs. When i had to go to checkout, all that was available was the self-checkout and i hate self checkout, it gives me anxiety. However, Alexandra was so very nice and had such a pleasing disposition, she made me feel right at home! Thank you!

The store is extremely well organized. Although it was hard to find help, when i finally did, they were so eager to help and had very pleasant attitudes. Although I enjoyed the employee that wrote up my order, I had trouble getting through to this store by phone once we developed a problem with our install. I could never get anyone to answer in any department! I was also angry with a toilet installation where one of three toilets being installed was broken. We had paid for pickup and disposal. We were told we would have to load and take the toilet back to the store and return home with the replacement and schedule another installation. My husband is 70 yrs. old. We went to Home Depot to avoid having to lift heavy toilets only to have one broken and told we were responsible for returning the broken toilet after having paid for pickup and installation along with disposal!! Not a happy camper!! Poor service!!’ Shame on you Home Depot, this is poor customer service!!

There are always employees around to help you find things and they are pretty knowledgeable. Good customer service.
