Miranda and Alexia were very helpful in my purchase of a gas fire pit. They made sure that I got the website price, which was $20 less than the sticker in the store, much appreciated and I gave a shout-out on the survey!

I had the best experience with Adnan. I purchased 20 bags of topsoil and he was kind enough to place them into my trunk. I had additional room so I was able to purchase an additional 5 bags of topsoil. He was the cashier but called on his coworker for assistance. I offered to help place the bags in the car, he would not let me, he was the perfect gentleman. He was also cautious of the number and weight until he noticed I had a V6. The staff here works more like a family than employees. It was the best experience I have had with a retail establishment in years. When I purchase my outdoor and indoor needs in the future I will be at the Home Depot at 3755 Shackleford Rd, Duluth, GA 30096 .

I was greeted upon entering the store and was given directions to assist me in my purchase. The store was very clean, well laid out, and neatly stocked. The overall store customer service was fine and would be a place to return to for further purchases.

This store in particular had different items that I have not seem at other stores. The staff was friendly and willing to help when asked.

This store is very conveniently located near my place of residence. In so much as I am handicapped, employees there are more than willing to help me obtain a cart to get around in, and then show me super service by helping me find what I am looking for. All Of them are very polite indeed!

I used to use this store exclusively. It has been quite some time since I shopped there and the expertise has gone downhill considerably. With the exception of a single employee, I found the experience completely lacking. I will try this location once more in the future and hope it improves, if not, I'll take my business elsewhere.

This location is one of the oldest stores and they seem to have full stock of every thing you could need or be looking for.

I was surprised when an employee loaded my bags of mulch onto my cart and into my vehicle. Customer Service is awesome in the garden center.

Monica at customer service was very nice and helpful. Mitch was amazing he helped me get my washer/dryer financed with a home depot credit card and saved me some money.

I highly recommend visiting Hal at the ProDesk. He provides AWESOME customer service and I wish he would train some of the other Home Depot store ProDesk employees how to do their jobs...he should start in Ellenwood.

The store was clean and organized,merchandise and floor plan makes you want to start a new home improvement project.keep up the great work and thank you for all you do!

This store is very well stocked. I always find what I'm looking for with an excellent variety to choose from. The salespeople in every department are extremely knowledgable and patient when assisting me with my purchase questions. I am always assisted in a very timely manner with friendly staff always.

Go see Carol Ann in the garden department! She is phenomenal. Great customer service and she will go above and beyond to make sure your shopping experience is a positive one. I frequent this location at least once a week for business and personal shopping and this is the only time that I've wanted to write a good review. Thanks Carol Ann!

The store is great. However, the cashier I had persuaded me so hard to create a Home Depot credit card and whenever I told her I didn’t want to continue creating it, she kept insisting and didn’t let me.

They have cashiers that do not want to wait on you and want to drive customers away

Employee issues: I needed 4 - 10' pvc pipes cut in half. I needed help in the plumbing section on 3/15/19 about 3:00 and could not find anyone to help. After about 5 minutes I found an employee a few isles away. She said she didn't work there but would call someone for me. I waited about 5 more minutes and went back to her and told her no one came. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I left the store without what I came to get!!! Very bad customer service at this store!!!
