This is my favorite store because of the level of customer service I receive

I just purchased forty (40) bags of Vigoro Mulch. Excellent price. I was in and out of store in less than 20 minutes. The Garden Center very helpful and professional. Everything was neat and organized, easy to drive up an have HD employee load my car. He helped me put a waterproof buffer under the bags so they would not leak inside my car. Very nice! Prevention was very much appreciated.

They didn't have what I was looking for but Peter exhausted all his resources, time and effort to help me find the correct part and even directed to an outside vendor when it wasn't available on the Home Depot website. I would definitely go back to this store.

Always have just what I need, Very CLEAN STORE

The people who work here are definitely a reason to go back. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help. A special shout out to T who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Rickey in appliances was one of the nicest, most helpful Home Depot employees I have met in years. He saw me shopping and asked if he could help me before I even looked up to see if I could find a sales associate. He helped me with all of the details I needed to consider as I selected a dishwasher. He processed all of the paperwork and the payment more quickly than I have ever experienced at Home Depot when making a major purchase. Great experience!

Item wrong up at 3 times the listed price on the display. Cashier had zero interest in the matter.

I was there to get a new water heater. I didn't have anything to check out and the water heaters were in the store for me to see. It was a good experience and and easy to get in touch with the installer. Would recommend this to another person if situation arises.

Not very nice employees (forklifts/Garden) completely rude to customers. They perhaps forget that us customers or contractors are helping to them to make a living we all are in the Game trying to make customers save time/money.

Don’t recommend to visit this store. Manager is very rude when you ask him to if they match the competitors’ coupon. He directly said you can get a stack of Lowe’s coupon from usps and use it over and over again. Did he ever get a stack of coupons from USPS before? Everyone knows USPS doesn’t offer the coupon right away and only give you one coupon and only give you one coupon. Sometimes I got HD’s painting coupon. Which means this manager from this store doesn’t accept any coupons and assumes the customers use coupons in his store are all liars. Matching the competitor’s coupon is just a joke and when you call the HD customer service, the representative told you they need to back up the store manager. Basically HD doesn’t have a general store policy, but only store manager’s decision.

For anyone that doesn't know much about lumber and wants a great experience make sure you see Tim or Kendrick. Also to get great customer service Jeffrey is your guy! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

CONFLICTING COVID-19 PRACTICES !! Great service and product selection, HOWEVER . . . in the era of a Covid-19 EPIDEMIC, all of your efforts to reduce the chances of the virus spreading in your stores are NEGATED by customers having to pickup a scanning gun (that A THOUSAND OTHERS HANDS HAVE HANDLED) in order to scan EVERY SINGLE ITEM that they purchase, no matter how small!!! Your checkout stations should have fixed, TOUCHLESS countertop scanners, with “hand” scanners on STANDBY for large items.

Extremely satisfied with this store location and the service I received. Will be going back for future visits and shopping.

They haven't restocked any garden soils for the last 4 weeks. We have been going in to check if they have restocked but they never do

Ian, one of the store managers, is the BEST of the BEST! If you want professional, courteous and exceptional service, this is where to go and who to see! I drive all the way from Buford to shop this store because of Ian and his team, instead of going to the Dacula store less than 5 minutes from my home. That’s how WONDERFUL Ian and his team are!

Best customer service I have received from any Home Depot. I worked with 4 different people and they all offered excellent service. They were friendly and worked with me for quite a while to come up with a solution that I had not even considered. This service is how you build customer loyalty, as I am now.

Great experience - went in for concrete mixer/ gate latch/ herbicide/ sprayer/ area rug padding and came out with all but the area rug padding, which was available online. Indira was my Cashier and helped me look for the area rug padding - insightful, and recommended a product I did not even come in for that fit my needs better than what I was looking for. Most associates were very friendly and helpful - store was BUSY though so it took a minute to find someone to assist.

I went to shop for painting supplies and paint, and I had a very good experience. The guy who mixed the paint was courteous and efficient. He also told me where to find the supplies I needed. He was very helpful. At checkout,the guy working there was super. I had a Home Depot gift card, and he showed me how to use it and made my checkout easy.
