Early in 2020 I built an In-Law suite on my daughter's house. The Downingtown store supplied me with all my appliances, flooring, window treatments, some cabinetry and a variety of other merchandise. I continue to choose this store for all the reasons stated in my Survey response.

Great employees. They always seem happy to help and they drop what they’re doing to take you to the product you need. They are very knowledgeable. They clear things up right away. Store is always well stocked and the cashiers are kind and considerate. The store is very well-run and the manager is so often seen engaging with people. It is a pleasure to shop there. We have never been ignored or treated rudely and that says a lot.

If you have any experience shopping I need to explain my rating to ends length. Saying that, customer service is so lacking dedication, desire for excellence, or willingness to want to even speak to those who are the key elements to their income "The Customer". Just place this in perspective please, and this is one of many issues I have encountered. My cart has a 2"X12"x20', yes FOOT, LVL on it and I am at the check out line #1. The employee that helps outdoors loading walks by me, slowly, and begins speaking with another associate. My truck is in Pro parking, yes I have a Pro account, right outside the bay door. This employee sees me as I push my purchases out the store. He never asks if I need a hand. I now begin loading a 20 foot beam on the top of my ladder rack. Another customer sees me working to lift and place this 8 feet in the air and she asks if I need a hand. I tell thank you but I need to work the anger out. As I'm on the top of the ladder rack this employee walks out of the store and along the passenger side of my truck. I basically call him out on the lack of support. The response I get, "My glasses were fogged up and I did not see you. How can you not see a 20 FOOT beam??? Find another hardware/lumber vendor people.

Employees were helpful. The store was clean. The item I was looking for was in stock (not in stock at stores closer to my house). I had to drive 30 miles to get to this store but it was worth the trip.

Anthony, the associate I worked with was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient and spent much time carefully explaining the appliances I purchases. I will highly recommend Anthony and Home Depot to my friends and family. Anthony was a pleasure to work with and represents your store very well.

I wouldn’t recommend Home Depot in general based on my recent experience. Not just this store more corporate. Your inventory control systems and communication is in need of an overhaul!!

I received exceptional customer service in purchasing a washer, dryer and range. "Cheryl" was an extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind employee that I will highly recommend to friends and family. She is a valuable asset to Home Depot.

Great customer service. Helpful as friendly associates. Clean, well organized and stocked store. No large crowd to socially distance from. Easy to find items with the app and friendly staff.

My "go to" person in customer service is Mike G. He is very proficient in making sure my custom orders are processed correctly. I am very pleased with the friendly, courteous service I always receive. Mike always checks the packages to make sure that nothing has been damaged in transit.

I have been a customer of this store for over 15 years I have always found the associates friendly and knowledgeable I know many of the store associates by first name. The store is well stocked and prices are reasonable.

Great employees -- Very stupid store policies, but that's Home Depot and not the employees. Due to COVID-19, we can't go into the store. Can't get custom color paints ordered. Other stores have this figured out. Home Depot hasn't, sad to say. Curbside pickup is also not well done.

We worked with Chuck Danihel for our outside doors. I highly recommend Chuck. He is very patient and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for!
