Excellent friendly customer service! We bought a refrigerator/freezer recently and the employee went over and above to accommodate the sale!

I ran into William in Home Depot, what a FIND !! William helped me with everything I needed, talked to my son on the phone about a saw blade I needed, took me to flowers to discuss flowering plants for my upcoming party. William could not have been more helpful...THANK YOU !!!!

This location has several employees that really go above and beyond to make your customer experience memorable. Reza in the paint department and Dajzhon at check-out always seem as though they want to make it the best possible day for the customer.

Don Grick was wonderful to work with. We were going to shop around for cabinets, but because of his knowledge and patience in taking time to explain things to us, we gave Home Depot our business. We purchased a full kitchen and also in addition, cabinets for our master bathroom. Don Grick is an asset to Home Depot and they are very lucky to have him on their team.

I can always count on this HD to have the solution that I'm looking for. They are well stocked and well maintained. The lumber department always has a good selection of high quality wood.Helpful staff. They have a great selection of tools for the serious pros.

Great store but couldn’t find an employee to help to save my life! Why don’t they have greeters that could at least stear one in the right direction?

Was making a return to customer service and Karen made it a point to argue with me that the receipt was past the 90 day. Even though there was one more day left which was clearly stated on the receipt. To make matters worse, when I went to get a cart and come back to do some shopping I walked past customer service and she was gossiping about the return experience with one of her coworkers. Furthermore, there was an Employee in garden center who I called out to for help three times and he completely ignored me. I would avoid the store at all cost.

I had an issue with an on-line purchase. Aimee stayed on it until the issue was resolved.

The cashier Sarala has been checking me out for years. She is great. Always asking if I found everything. Always consistent.

One heck of return/refund process. I was compelled to work with LG even though I purchased appliance from the store. 9 days after the product picked up by LG, there was no sign of refund. Then I called the Customer Care however again they told me to contact LG because they did not get confirmation from LG. Its the store should have taken charge and made customer's life easier. On the day item was picked up by LG means customer no longer posses the item and refund should have been initiated. Very poor service. Not going to be a preferred location anymore.

I absolutely had the best time at the store with Edwin helping me I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and this is my first time meeting at one he was amazing!

This Home depot in Downingtown is very knowledgeable about their products. And very friendly.

My review is merely a comment. This store is head and shoulders better than the store in Frazer, PA and the store in Sadsbury Twp., PA.

Homey is my first stop. Jerry is their coolest employee.

The store associates are very knowledgeable about each of the department that they work in.

Always ask, and you will find. SHop on ;ine to show where the products are located if possible. Speeds your trip Be nice back when store is busy, be patient.

So... we started shopping for kitchen cabinets at our local Home Depot. But... as a conscious consumer we wanted to shop around for the best deal and cabinets. We took our time and did a lot of investigating all around. We ended up back at our Home Depot and were blown away with the expertise and exceptional help we received. The cabinets, warranties and price measure up to anyone's. Don't waste your time anywhere else, If you are in or near The Downingtown, Pa. Home Depot, go there and ask for Don! He will give you the best possible kitchen fitting your budget.
