Cashier (Mark) had a defaced printout of the current Vice President of the United States taped to the glass at checkout in the garden center. It was extremely disrespectful and offensive to be displayed in a place of business. When I said that it was disrespectful to the cashier (Mark), he laughed and refused to take it down.

Stood in the bathroom isle for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me they even called for help over the loudspeaker but no one came finally a nice man named Jeffrey that worked in lumber went out of his way to help me he was very kind he didn’t know he was selling me total junk! When we brought the $400 dollar bathroom vanity home it took two people to bring it up the stairs it was very heavy we took it out of the box it had been used someone had drilled holes into it, it had extensive water damage on each side the particleboard was falling off and it had mold, the porcelain part of the sink was chipped in two different places wow what a total waste of my time. I guess management has given up at this store

Went to Home Depot early on a Saturday and was greeted and checked out by Betty - she was helpful, friendly and efficient. Great Experience.

I needed a three plugged socket and had no trouble finding it.

Check out lady was great. Male employee with white hair that was cutting wood was extremely rude and unprofessional. He either need a new job or a better attitude towards customers.

typical of a visit--stores are huge--when ever a staff member sees someone starting at the row direction hanging above--they approach customer asking if they can be of assistance--sometimes accompanying the shopper to reach the desired product(s)--that's great service!

If you ever need help, ask for William. He will help you find the right products for the job and is happy to see you every time. He is always working hard, but never too busy to stop and help you.

Great store and you will be helped. They go beyond. Even the manager has hands on everything. A few times my husband and I saw some carts flying around. I noticed that there was no metal strip to stop the carts. On those extremely windy rare days good samaritans saved the day! I was one. Ed listened and also saved a lot of dings. Extremely nice person and obviously that is why the employees are so helpful and kind!

I had a clueless, wondering employee in Flooring. Not only did he walk away to text on the phone while he was supposed to be showing me carpet, he did not help me pick out the carpet I wanted. I took a pic of what I wanted and when I got the quote it was the wrong product.

I bought several Items that went on sale several weeks after my purchase. I brought my purchase receipt to the Customer Service desk and asked about getting the lower sale price since it had a lowered after my purchase. They wee able to give me the lower purchase price with no hassle or issues. Great service.

I saw a man dusting shelves and asked for his assistance. It turns out he was a store manager. How cool is that?! He helped find an unusual solution to an unusual need in an effort to repair a screen door.

I had to put in the order 3 times even at the store and had to go back to the store 3 times in 3 days to change, cancel and order again with the help from Home Depot Personnel. Very very disappointing experience.

Moving into a house in need of many things, i have been a frequent visitor to the Downingtown store. Products, services, and people have been consistently great.

I received excellent service from a senior employee who helped me find a product in the store when it was not on the shelf.

The Home Depot states that it has a military discount program, but most items are exempt from being discounted. Not very supportive of the military. Even basic building supplies like lumber are not covered by the discount.

Downingtown Home Depot always has what I am looking for and the customer service is exceptional!! I prefer Home Depot over another local chain because I am always treated politely and should I have any questions the service is excellent.. It seems Home Depot is always well stocked which makes a quick in and out experience. Thank you for all!

While trying to check out, Heather stepped up and asked how she could help. I couldn't bring up my Pro status and she took right over and walked me through check out. She is a real asset to HD and has a great future there. Thank you Heather and HD.

Great people! At the Downingtown store we were struggling with a huge heavy box. All of a sudden an employee was there to offer help. My wife was not able to lift the shelf. Now that is kindness. Tip was in order! Had to push it on him. His name was Joey. All the employees are happy people. At the self checkout Heather and Amy helped us so kindly with gift cards. That was tricky for us! They took their time and didn’t mind that we took extra time. You are lucky to have such wonderful employees.

The truth is that everything that I buy in your store like ,tools everything I love it and also my wife love everything that you sell, like guardian stuff flowers everything you guys are the best plus we love the price of the items.
