I haven't been to the Douglasville store since I moved across town. The 2 or 3 stores I've been using in Gwinnett can take some customer service lessons from this staff. They are really interested in helping out the customer.

The store was very well maintained and it was easy to find what you needed. Many people where available to assist luckily. It remained clean and safe.

I just visited the Douglasville location and was helped in the appliance section by Tammy Gramlich. She volunteered to help us without having to ask and was very knowledgeable about the different types of washers and dryers. Tammy helped us get huge savings by showing us the current promotions and added an additional discount for the purchase we made. She helped me access Home Depot's wifi to check my work schedule for the delivery and explained the warranties and service details. Tammy definitely made this an enjoyable experience.

Today the employees were very professional and offered help without me having to chase down help...

The employees are extremely helpful and friendly.

Great customer service

I have always enjoyed shopping at this home depot ( not so much at this time in history ) I just wonder where all these people are coming from the store is packed since Covid 19. I would like to ask all the people that this is our Home depot so please respect the health of all the people around you even if you don't believe the pandic is real

Received excellent customer service from The Home Depot (#0143) in Douglasville, Ga. My only regret is I didn't get the correct spelling of the young lady who assisted me with my edging purchase on Saturday, April 25th around 1:30 PM. She gave such great customer service that I wanted to call back and tell the Manager on duty. My experience with the associate I can honestly say was the best customer service I have ever received from The Home Depot. She was great and I would suggest she train others.

The guys in the paint department are always helpful. When they are able to they walk you right to what your looking for.

Chris in appliances is great to work with! He is knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful.

If you want special attention with an eye on Detail AND a sense of humor to boot ask and seek out Elisa. A true professional with a personality. (this is the guy that needs a lock keyed and you knocked it out of the park, girl, thank you so much)!!

Elisa was a great service to me, she not only showed me where the products were she helped me understand what I needed to do Dont let her go she is an asset to your company

Excellent service and very friendly / helpful staff!

They have taken the actual cash registers out and the people that they have running the front are rude to a customer if they expect them to actually be a cashier. This makes this hard to want to shop in a store when you know leaving is stressful. There entire experience is taken away by the cashiers now. I had relationships with cashiers when they were cashiers and checked me out. This is not progression. This is sad for our country and community.

The store was clean and the customer service was very nice. The employees always know where to get what I'm looking for, They even take me to it or give me the exactly location of the item I'm looking for.

Went in to order doors, Elisa came from the department she was working in to help me and worked with me till my order was completed. She is very friendly and knowledgeable..... great shopping experience.
