Always come to the store because of ease of access and location. The store is always stocked with items that I am looking for. All employees are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and ready to assist.

The employee Nydreah is the rudest employee I have ever encountered at this store. She is more interested in popping gum and playing on her phone. I stood at the self check out for 15 minutes waiting her to put her phone away and help me. When my card didn’t work she snatched it out of the payment reader and threw it on the scanner and said my card was no good and for me to pay with cash. I said no and paid with my debit card. I called the Home Depot card company and they said she was supposed to call them and have me verify my address. The bank is filing a complaint on my behalf and they gave me the number and who to talk to at the corporate office. At the very least I deserve an apology from this employee. Shame on Home Depot.

The associates in the Garden center and cashier were all helpful and friendly...I just think the charge for home delivery being a week away should be chesper or should at least be next day delivery I only live 4 miles from this store...Douglasville Georgia...and I'm a senior citizen and not able to load all of my purchase myself...should get a senior citizen discount!!!

This store has ample employees so finding things is an easy task. Other stores not so much.

Enforce the mask requirements. Too many people walking around without them on. May have to use another home improvement store that values life aswell as money.

Douglasville Home Depot has always provided us with excellent customer service, reasonable prices and multiple options.

The store was well lit and I love how the signs and team members will stop to help you if you when walking up and down the isles. One time I was in the store and didn't want to go and find help, so I took out my cell phone and called the store and asked them to send me help on an isle and they did. Thank you HD!!!

Store was clean, inventory was well organized. No staff were available in the aisles to help but everything was easy to find.

The employees, that we encountered, provided excellent customer service and assistance. Prices were reasonable. There were several options to choose from. Well done, Home Depot and staff.

This was once a great store

Another great shopping and purchasing experience with both Tammy Gramlick and LeeAnn in the appliance department these last 2 weeks. What a phenomenal duo who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and professional. I asked a thousand questions about several washer & dryer appliances on one day then came back in referencing refrigerators on the next. It feels very rewarding going to this store and having someone with their competence assisting you and who knows what they're doing. #KudosLadies #LadiesRock

There is an employee name Logan who delivered world class service and went above and beyond. The manager on duty Nate was also kind. I love this store even more!

Found what we needed, the options were many and the shelves were well stocked. While the entrance greeter was very friendly, there was not a single cashier line open and we had to use self-service/self-check out--which is absolutely not our preference as we are not employed by Home Depot.

On 12/9/20, I went into the Douglasville, GA Home Depot store location clueless. I walked up to store associate (Henry) and informed what I needed to work on a holiday craft project. Henry was very professional, calm, helpful, and engaging. He walked me over to the drill section and asked what my plans were for my project. I informed I was working on a "sparkle ball" craft project and needed a small drill to put holes into the cups. Henry showed and told me about the different names of drills, kinds of drills: power vs. battery, how the drills works, etc. Henry was very informative, engaging, and patient (as I knew nothing about drills). I appreciate Henry taking the time to inform, engage, and allow me to ask questions while he greatly assisted me professionally. Today was a great experience at this store. Kudos to Henry. Thank you very much again for your exemplary character, customer service, and expertise. It was, indeed, appreciated and noted!!

The advertising is incorrect and deceptive. The actual lumber measurements are not what is advertised. The managers are argumentative.

Charles in tool rental is a real intelligent man that cares about every customer and calls them by name. Pro Department is staffed with some very unprofessional women. Paint Department is very competent! Loaders help load sometimes, but their attitude is not always fun to be around, but they got it on the truck! Store was clean, the Loading area is hazardous trying to get buggies and carts to rollover cables and cords while headed to the parking lot.

The staff is great and the store is organized well. This is my local store and I find all the items needed when there. If not I always get great assistance with locating what i need at other stores from the associates.

The associates were mostly friendly, though not all acknowledged me as I walked by. Your pro team were all great (especially Sean & Curtis; Sean even came out to help unload my return when he got free of customers). Vickie, Kyle, Dennis, Teri, & Doug all get a thumbs up for taking good care of me. Best service I'd gotten at that store in a good while.

extremely unhappy with service provided. cashier very friendly but ***** was just making excuses -- that he needed a forklift driver for an order of 30 bags of mulch. didn't seem to want to assist loading.

This store does NOT enforce their own face mask policy during this COVID era. Shopper beware.

Because of the Pandemic safety is one of my key concerns. This store had clear signs letting customers know that face coverings are required and there was an associate there with surgical type masks for those who need one. This is a very proactive method to help their customers and associates stay safe. However, face covering by store employees was not consistent. Several employees were observed with their face covering not covering their noses. While I was in the restroom an employee come in and used the facilities and did not have any face covering. At the check-out area an employee had their face mask tucked under the chin not covering either nose or mouth. When this employee approached me I asked that they cover their face.

It is so helpful when you need help and there’s one or more ready to help and is pleasant about doing so. Thank you Home Depot

Nice store to shop in, just wish customer service would not mind ringing up items especially after a customer has waited in line then they tell you that you have to go to one of the cashier in another area of the store.
