This store has good (and many) sales associates that know where products are located. Plus it has clean restrooms unlike Lowe’s.

Clean store with friendly associates.

Everyone is always congenial and helpful...can always find a person to help me

Store is in disorder. Personnel not knowledgeable. You have six people helping at self check out when they could be just checking me out. Personnel not friendly or helpful in any way. They seem to be in a rush either to leave or take a break or whatever. Not very helpful at all.

The location of the store is easy to access and depart from. The staff seem to be more knowledgeable about the products available in the store than the local competitor. Each time I have visited the Dickson City store everyone was always friendly.

I was on my second trip today and needed interior doors. The aisle with the doors was closed off for restocking. Just as I was looking around a guy came back to the aisle and asked me what I needed. He got me into the aisle and even helped me load the doors. I didn’t get his name but he was a great employee and really did a great job.

No more customer service when you checkout you need to talk to a computer then look for help if you can find it

found what I was looking for easily. shopped on line prior to going to store to be sure what I wanted was in stock. product location was listed in lookup which made for quick in/out with what I was after. store was clean and associated asked if I needed help. good experience.

This store is run very well it’s very clean well stocked the restrooms are clean I only shop at either the Dickson City or Honesdale Home Depo Store the manager at the Honesdale store was at the Dickson City store for some time and always with greet me and thank me for the business

I love this store it always has what I need at resonable prices and there is always someone to help

Don't expect help loading your purchases. The people outside disappear when you need help. Seems half the items I look for in Home Depot are only available online and if it's coming from their Luckey, OH distribution center- you don't know until you get shipping info- you're lucky if it arrives.

The tool department guy is not to helpful wen it comes to helping u figure out how the deals work on the power tool had to go to the cashier to scan stuff to figure it out other then that it was good

Sean was my cashier. He was so helpful when I was making my purchase. His suggestions benefited me on my purchase. He is an asset to the Home Depot Company and he should be appreciated for his strong work ethics. I would like him to receive a raise for his kind manner and knowledge of all the products I purchased. I was grateful.

I brought a client in to make a purchase. Got to Contractor Sales and the clerk tried to wave my client to the regular registers and got upset when she told him she was with me and we had a large order. I'm guessing it was too close to quitting time or he just didn't want to deal with us. My client has spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot in the past and this was a $900 order. We went to a regular register -this created a line as we had a big order- while Mary- She's one of the really great associates- checked out our order. And don't expect help loading. From 30 bags of 80# cement to a few 2 x 4s- there's no one to help load.

Rebecca is the best! Went above and beyond helping us get the stove we needed after and awful experience with Lowe’s. We are ever so grateful for you!! We cannot wait to come back and shop again!

Very friendly staff. Easy to find what I was looking for.

Plenty of merchandise and very friendly staff ready to direct you to the product you are looking for.

Considering the pandemic I never really expected to find all the product I needed but the store was well stocked. The staff was able to answer all questions.& help locate the rest of the flooring I needed that was in store but on another shelf. The store was clean & organized.

Mary “the sales cashier” was very friendly when checking out. Joe from Plumbing was very helpful and answered all my questions

I always shop Home Depot over the "other home improvement store". Employees are always easy to find to help!!

Their parking lot has just been paved and there is plenty of space plus it has been changed to make parking easier and safer.

This store always seems to have what I need. The staff are eager to help me when ever necessary. House-keeping does a very good job in having everything neat and clean.

I love shopping here even if I buy nothing. It's still an enjoyable visit to look at what I may save up for at the very least. I also am able to find flat boards of wood that are not bowed. It's overall a very nice shopping experience.
