We love shopping at the Dickson City Home Depot. The workers are the BEST! They are super helpful and make it super easy to shop. Home Depot also makes it easy to shop online and we very often order things online. It is great!

Everyone at this Home Depot is always incredibly kind and helpful. We’ve been there over 20 times in the last 2 months and never had a bad interaction. I had some ordering problems with appliances that I purchased through them and they immediately fixed them and saved me money in the process. I don’t think I’ll ever use a different store.

Although I love the Home Depot in the Scranton, PA area, I support more vendors that support Appreciation for bonafied Veterans with a small discount. The attitude for validating a customer's veterans status basically makes me feel unappreciated as a customer. A veterans flag on a drivers license is not accepted, but not all veterans have a VA card, because they don't use the VA registered services. Sadly, I go to a competitor for many sales.

WE BOUGHT SOME CARPETING AT THE DICKSON CITY STORE. EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. IF YOU NEED CARPETING JUST ASK FOR AUSTIN, HE IS GREAT AND KNOWS HIS STUFF. A REAL PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.

Home Depot is by far the better home improvement store than it's competition.I have experienced better quality,better pricing ,and associates are by far better trained to help customers.

Jeff was awesome to deal with. He walked us over the products we were seeking. He made recommendations on how to better complete our project. He loaded our concrete block onto a pallet. He cut our lumber into smaller pieces for the project, thus, saving us time and money. Highly recommend Home Depot for such friendly; helpful associates!!!!!!

Home depot has excellent products-lights, garden flowers and plants. Also their paint for home exterior, eg. doors, windows, is excellent quality, and they have so many beautiful colors available.

I have always found the items I need and/or have had the customer service people/associates help me. Everyone is friendly and takes the time to help a customer. The store is stocked and clean and well defined (departments).

Online ordering was awful. Told me $8.99 for same day, ended up being $35 for next day. Then it was 5 days later because they hire incompetent delivery services??? Not sure. Will not use Home depot for these properties.

Joe at the paint department was awesome. He should be given a really good raise. He knew the answer to everything and was very professional well taken care of a large number of customers

home depot in scranton is a nice store to shop. the workers are always around if yo need help and they are very friendly.

Every time I buy appliances or garden material at this store I am always satisfied. There is always someone to help. Two thumbs up!!! Well managed. Well operated.

As I was in the store the Hone Depot employees helped me several times. As I was checking out the young man in the wheel chair was very nice and I enjoyed his good energy and good conversation while I was checking out. Great employee.

What I can say about this Home Depot is it’s a friendly place to shop. When you need something you don’t no anything about and need assistance from the paint counter young man to the young ladies in the store. This is what I look for when I go shopping helpfulness and people that treat you like family.

the customer service was over the top today Kayla at the service counter down to Jeffery when i checked out and the gentleman that loaded my wall stones on the lumber side they made a bad situation much better
