I went to another store nearby but they did not carry what I wanted. So glad I stopped! All staff were helpful and courteous!

Put the product together yourself. Bought an assembled product that was only finger tight so was missing bolts when I got home

I called this particular Home Depot to see if they still had Wood Pellets, & the person who answered the phone, was very professional, & answered my question. I purchased 15 bags of wood pellets at a great price.

I was denied services by a competitor of Home Depot and Home Depot came through all the way, all around. What a difference in attitude and service. I plan to do my whole house remodeling and more with Home Depot!

Exceptional employee in Mike in plumbing mostly in evenings. He always takes as much time as I need to explain what plumbing parts I need to resolve a home problem. Very good employee..EVERYONE in the evening is ALWAYS Very Helpful in All depts!

Nicole went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue. Nicole went above and beyond to help us. When she hit a glitch Rachel helped as well. So kind and professional and even though it was quitting time for Nicole she stayed helping us until everything was resolved. Amazing ladies!

Great store in the area

I had the best experience ever today at home depot in Dickson City. Employees and plumbing electrical and lumber were very helpful. My cashier Teresa arranged to have all my lumber loaded into my truck.

Shopping for flooring and staff were very helpful. Also the shelves are neat and orderly

Being a 75 year old woman, let's just say I'm no contractor, and most times I don't know exactly what I need. Not a problem at this Home Depot! Employees have always been helpful, directing me to what product is best for me. So far they have been right on.

The store associate was super professional and friendly. He was very helpful and patient with all the questions I had, the paperwork for the delivery and the rerun policy.

I was looking to spend $4000. It took me 7 hours to get nothing. I had a special order one item that's fine. Other items were in other stores and would not be delivered to the store. I was going to then. There were items that would not be delivered to my home and if they were, they would charge me $35 for about $10 $15 worth of items. I spent the whole day on the phone with them. Trying to work this out. Because their website wasn't user friend late. And I couldn't purchase things there. They're lost. They just lost a $4000 sale.

The employees at this store were top notch. Friendly, helpful , in fact went out of their way to help me! Bravo!!!

What a great employee! We went for flooring and installation. ROB was so friendly, informative about all the grades of flooring, gave us 2 samples to take home to see which one we liked and gave us a follow-up call. Well the deal is done. BTW another customer there came up to me and said the flooring was a DEAL and great price on installation!!

Never been disappointed with a Homedepot purchase or the costumer service.

So majority of the floor associates are only there to collect a paycheck. They seem to do the bare minimum to achieve this. It's pretty sad, when you need help and your an inconvenience to there cell phone use. So i did however enjoy the cashier Adriana. She was friendly, funny and took the extra seconds for small talk. She would be a good employee for the other ones to model after. It's because of her interactions that I did 4 stars, and would shop there again.

Dave in plumbing saw me struggling to find an item. Despite being busy, he stopped what he was doing, and assisted me. He offered a straightforward solution to my problem, requiring me to use two inches of PVC tube. He found the required diameter and explained that I could easily cut the sizes using a hack saw. At the checkout line, Dave found me, confirmed the size I needed, produced a PVC cutter, and cut the sizes I needed. EXTRAORDINARY customer service.

Store always has what I need,as a contractor time is of the essence.

Had the guy cut into perfect 2x4 pieces and was perfect! New, not damaged or dog eared.

He was so helpful to us and we could not have found the flooring without him .

I’m a big believer that people who love what they do offer so much to their community and Mary in the paint department truly was a breath of fresh air. She not only made getting my paint picked out and mixed easy, she shared helpful information about their paint brands vs other competitors. I had mentioned that my home was painted in a SW brand of paint and the color and she was quick to tell me to bring the paint in for a color match if ever needed (we have a small amount left from the previous owners) and she would help me with a stronger/better paint. She explained why it was better and such. She also recorded the info of my paint and what I was painting so if I need more in the future it’s easily found. This showed true as she had another customer come for paint who needed a color he had before and was able to have it pulled right up and mixed. Her level of customer service was really impressive considering how often, these days, we feel as though so many do want to be there. It was a hectic day for me but she really gave me a little spark of joy. I truly appreciated it.

I hate the fact that they have only self checkout.
