We were in this store three days after hurricane Michael hit the Gulf coast. We were amazed and proud of the employees and the store for their efforts to assist the Gulf community. They were very busy unloading and stocking items needed...everything from generators, gas cans, cleaning supplies, water, etc. making it all accessible to those in need. Both the store and employees should be congratulated!!! A++ rating.

Choosing & purchasing the perfect flooring was a breeze. Thanks to Margie, who thoroughly covered the qualities of the product I chose. I'm confident that her guidance made the decision an easy one! People are too quick to review when they are dissatisfied and not quick enough when they get a good result. I had a spectacular results in the paint department when one of the ladies matched a custom stain color for me. .

The store is large and very well stocked and clean. Parking was well provided for. The biggest issue with access to this store was all of the road construction on Highway 98 which seems to have been going on forever!!!

Again, the the service member was very helping in providing assistance in the purchasing of items that I needed.

As a senior who lives alone, it is super important that I be able to have the convenience of walking into my Home Depot, request assistance in locating a product, speedy transfer to customer service desk for payment, and then to arrange for pickup at desk by my handyman. All of this within a convenient space of time and seen to by respectful, knowledgeable personnel. These needs have always been met!! I love my Home Depot!

This Home Depot has a great staff! They are very pet friendly and most employees have dog treats on hand. I have never met a rude employee at this Home Depot. This store is easy to navigate and very clean!

The folks here are very helpful and courteous. I find these prices at Home Depot to be more competitive than other Home Improvement Stores in the area. It's a very clean store and people have gone the extra mile to make sure I'm a happy customer.

Checked online for tool -said was 3 in stock- none in stock when we got there. Took 3 staff members to look on computer for item. Could not say why item not in stock or when it would be available.

I went in on Black Friday to try and get a sales price on an item I had purchased 6 days earlier. I received the credit I was hoping for with no issues; whatsoever. It seems in this day and age I am always ready for there to be some kind of problem with what I need. It is a gift when you receive a “yes” and a smile. Thank you

Always find good stuff here. Last trip was a simple in and right back out. We did not need any help but employees actually made eye contact and asked how we were doing, not pushy but willing to help. The check out went smoothly when the contracting desk called us over and rang us right up. She was super friendly and made the visit worth it. The girls up front always go above and beyond to make our trips across the bay worth the toll.

The Destin Home Depot has always been very helpful in all of our family home improvement needs. The tool rental section have gone over and above everytime I have needed tools for improvement projects. On today's project I had issues with the chain saw and they have replaced my rental with a new chain saw and adjusted my rental hours. They have and are always very considerate, professional and courteous in every shopping experience.
