Great customer service in the face of adversity by a rude and demanding customer who was wrong, yet the employee was professional. Tool rental employees are awesome and did not deserve the verbal abuse by a rude customer who was wrong.

The employees here are always knowledgeable, friendly and quite obviously a team! I have worked in retail for many years and I know great service when I see it!!

I found the plants and planting supplies I needed quickly, and a manager was in the plant area the entire time I was there. He helped me at first and then Marge B. assisted me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help me. I am impressed with the help I have received in their garden center. They hire knowledgeable people who are eager to help in any way they can. This store always gets my business as they are far and away the store that has the most products on hand and the help who know what they are talking about. I have never had to go looking for someone to help me. Thank you!

Russell in the Garden Center is very friendly and always willing to help you get items you need. If you have a large amount of mulch, soil or things like decorative rocks, he will call for associates to help with the load out.

The department I went in to visit was short staffed and a gentleman from another department came over fairly quickly and took care of another couple and myself. We each ordered appliances and he made the experience very easy

Store is inconvenient in that it is in a high Tourist Traffic area. Employee turnover must be huge as even though I need to regularly visit, I seldom see the same people. This creates issues with retaining trained people as most of the employees struggle with questions.

All the staff at this store are professional and helpful! I was there the other day and not one staff member passed by without asking if I needed help. I picked up an online order and the staff was very quick with getting my order. Additionally, I used the self checkout and a staff member had to activate some gift cards. The staff there was very quick with providing assistance! Lastly, upon leaving, I had some trouble with items falling off my cart. A Home Depot loader saw this and came to my rescue, pushing the cart n loading all the items into my car! Impeccable service and kudos to the whole crew at this Home Depot!!

The Destin Home Depot has always had a friendly staff. There's been a lot of new faces over the years but we live in an area where you find that in most places. They have a great design team. Mr. Bell has been there since the store opened. Also, they have taken many strides to ensure that their customers and associates health is a priority. They were one of the first businesses in the area to have social distancing and now all of their associates wear masks. I realize that a lot of people aren't concerned with that in our area but it is important for the safety of everyone. Anyhow, I've shopped here for many years and have always enjoyed my experience here.

The store was super busy the day I went in. I purchased multiple types of pipes and accessories and Russell checked me out without any issues or confusion.

The Destin garden section almost always has the plants I am looking for. I typically never have to ask where plants are located. Today, however, I did and Russell was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what I was asking for and where it was located. He was also very efficient on ringing up my large plant purchase. Thank you Russell!

This store help us cut a board to the exact size we needed. The other store we went said they could not do that. They said we needed to buy the whole board. That would be wasting good lumber.
