Called the Rental location and confirmed they had a 5x8 dump trailer ready for rent. Drove from another county the next day, hooked up, found out lights didn't work, and was told the contract would have to be avoided. Ask if I could get the 6x10 trailer next to it for the same price since I was inconvenienced with my time and money. Was told NO! No apology, nothing. Cost me time and money to try and rent from Home Depot, Destin, FL for and rental that was obviously not ready to rent and absolutely no customer service for their error.

If you need a lumber cart, good luck finding one.

Our Cashier Jennifer today at our check out in the garden shop made our shopping experience so much fun and she was so knowledgeable about all that Home Depot has to offer! My elderly mother and I truly adored her personality and wit! Just what we needed to send us off happily!

Everyone at this store works very hard to keep the customers happy, especially by trying to find specific products. The 5-gal diesel cans I needed were not on the shelf, but an associate took the time to get a ladder and pull them out of the overhead for me -one trip to the store and I had what I needed! Thank you Home Depot!

My first time shopping for a plant and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A staff member made it very easy and convenient.

The store was extremely clean and tidy. We easily found the item we were looking for. The associates were readily available to assist in loading our item into the truck.

I ALWAYS find what I need at Home Depot and if I don't, there's ALWAYS someone to help me find i! Fortunately, my Home Depot store in Destin, FL is close by, but I'd be willing to go the extra mile to go there because the staff literally goes an extra mile to help me. The hiccups I've had, ie: received the wrong item or one of the plants I bought hit the bucket, I've been able to get refunds & replacement items with no problem. I remodeled both bathrooms in carrara marble - gorgeous!

Very disappointed that I was denied my military discount even though it clearly showed on my picture ID drivers license that I am a veteran Will no longer shop at Home Depot I will continue to shop at Lowe’s where veterans are honored

This HOME DEPOT in Destin..has the most friendliest, helpful, and knowledgeable employees I have ever seen or experienced in my day to day shopping...These employees,, see you walking and looking and immediately, they will come up and say, "can I help you find something".. The Destin store is the cleanest and tidiest Home Depot I've ever seen. Store is well stocked, and the associates are all very friendly, especially the cashiers and garden team.

The ladies in the garden center went above and beyond in their helpfulness. I appreciated their helping me load and unload my mulch. Very happy with the price and quality of mulch as well as the selection available.

Melton in the garden department went above and beyond helpfulness, knowledge and friendliness. A fabulous example of true customer service!

The Destin Home Depot is conveniently located around other businesses I shop at. Easy for me to stop in and pick up an item without having to travel very far.

Not at all happy with your return policy with appliances at all. Customer should be told that item can not be returned to store that you have to deal with the distributor, this is a very important detail on purchasing appliances.

Great customer support. Friendly department personnel, knowledgeable, always courteous. Always willing to make my problem, their problem. A pleasure shopping there.

Exceptionally helpful employees.

Average Home Depot. The quantities and variety of products aren’t as good as other stores in the area. They have a somewhat captive client base so they don’t seem to mind being mediocre. It’s obvious they care more about the big contractors and not us lowly DIY’ers. That’ll change during the next real estate down-turn, I suspect. Meanwhile, don’t go out of your way to get to this store. You’ll probably pass local sources or other big box stores, so you might as well give them a shot first.
