Tyler in lumber was the most helpful home depot employee I have ever encountered

Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve been in Home Depot. It feels like they’ve upgraded their atmosphere and products. Also on a Saturday afternoon was offered help in every department I lingered in.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

In the store for faucets and sinks. Had the assistance of 3 employees. All very nice and seemed like they had nothing else to do but help me.

I am always greeted with a smile and all of the employees always try to go above and beyond by not only telling you where something is but actually taking you to whatever youre looking for. Great customer service!!

Gail, cashier at the pro desk , is the most amazing cashier I have ever had the pleasure to take care of my needs. Extremely friendly, very personable, and if I have ever had any issue with a product , she would call the section of product and iron it out . She must DEFINITELY be a keeper for Home Depot

Most of the employees are rude and unconcerned about helping customers.

We love this store but miss the check out cashiers now that we're having to do self check out. Please have one check out cashier at all times.

At some stores I have trouble finding someone to help me. At this location there was actually someone in the department and they had answers to my questions. This made my trip fast, easy and quick.

The employees at the Home Depot in Destin Florida are great; they are friendly and make you feel appreciated and always offer to assist before you can ask for help. The store is very clean and well lit, which makes it easy to locate and find items. The store manager is doing a great job. Thanks so very much.

I like that you are here in Destin. I understand it is a small store and often does not have exactly what I need, but having it available online and with free shipping to store has been a nice thing to have. Takes a bit more planning on my part--but at least it gives me an option.

During the aftermath of hurricane Micheal they went over and beyond made a bad situation seem a little better. Our store was damaged unable to open. They help so much

The store is fine; a typical Home Depot. The appliance delivery service is not fine, however, if you actually want to receive your appliances on the day they are scheduled to be delivered. If you’re happy waiting through the four hour window, then another two and half hours, then calling the number to find out dispatch is closed, then having them try to reschedule you for another week out, then this is your store!

Employees are always helpful, cheerful, and aim to please. The garden center employees are terrific!

The home in Florida needed plumbing supplies to make it livable. Your sales staff made the transaction easy for me over the phone from so far away!
