It took going through 3 workers just to locate boat&auto fuses. Computers are slow and store needs more GOOD workers.

I had a great experience. The only thing that was disappointing I had to wait 18 days just to receive my washer and dryer since it was out of stock at the store.

The customer service was terrible. There are always HD team members walking around, but there was only checkout line open and a long line. More team members walking around while we waited, but none of them opened another checkout. The manger walked by and he said that we could go to customer service. I think the manger should have taken control of the situation and had one of the other crew members open another checkout to help clear the line. It just shows that the people there really don't care much about the customer.

Have what I need when I need it. I will be going back.

The store is great but they need to have stock for customers that want to see the item and not wait until its brought down from the racks. There are too many boxes and materials on the isles-hallways where its difficult to look for items or push the cart.

The best selection of plants, both outdoor and indoor, for the homeowner. Other related garden equipment is also great. Items such as irrigation equipment, landscaping items and plant care implements are plentiful. This is the best 'one-stop' garden store in town.

We have visited the Del Rio store almost daily during our remodeling process for our house. The selection of flooring, windows, paint, etc. are amazing. The prices are very competitive, and the store is a nice place to visit and shop for ideas. Yes, associates are sometimes not readily available, but with a bit of patience, we turn it into a comparative shopping experience to select several items by the time the associates are available. I have seen clients REALLY trying their patience with purchases, but that makes me more eager to wait and make a better selection.

Customer service was pathetic, zero associates to assist you; even after paged. No assistance offered to help load heavy building materials. Employees seemed as if they did not want to be burdened. Never seen this at a Home Depot only in the Del Rio store.

How lucky was I to walk in your store the day I happened on Amparo Torres . What a great professional she is and a wonderful assest to your store . She answered every question and made the choice process easy for me . She figured the amounts I needed and cost factors and gave great insight on my flooring choice. I hope all your associates are as kind and as knowable as Amparo she answered all our question however dumb they may have been . Very hard worker to be able to run those big carpet machines and lug big rolls of padding around . She made my experience very easy going and she even took my load to the register while I still picked up a few other things at the store . Two thumbs up !!

DURING MY VISIT I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT AT ALL FOR HELP. IWAS LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC LADDER WHICH WAS NOT ON THE DISPLAY. AN ASSOCIATE COMING FROM BREAK AND WAS IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING READY TO RETURN TO WORK IMMEDIATELY ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. NOT ONLY DID SHE FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR BUT FOUND IT IN THE STORE ON A SKID. SHE EVEN RETRIEVED A CART AND LOADED IT FOR ME. THAT WAS AWSOME. IN ADDITION THE CASHIER ASSISTED ME IN GETTING 20% OFF OF MY PURCHASE. I DID NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING FROM ANYONE AND ENDED UP GETTING MORE THAN I COULD EVEN EXPECT.
